The room was ok for the price , but the breakfast was horrible . They were out of orange juice , out of apple juice , toaster and microwave did not work . We told the desk clerk and he came out push the same buttons we did and confirm if was not working , then went back to the front desk . I stayed here one night because I work close by and didn't feel like commuting after visiting friends in Dallas (I live an hour away). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and smelled nice. The complaint I have is about the bed, it was as hard as a rock! It had no cushion to it whatsoever. True it's not luxury but it was clean-- and we had a flat screen tv; surprisingly in more expensive hotels they can have the big tube tvs still. That is usually a deciding factor for seeing if the hotel has been updated. 1 bad thing--- make sure to ask for a room on the opposite side of the side with deluxe inn next to it. "7 night business stay"

"Poor Excuse for a Hotel"
Arrived about 8:30 pm and was told by front desk clerk that I had no reservation and they were full - he checked twice. I began to get very unhappy and showed him my Expedia confirmation on my Android. He still told me sorry. Then I happened to mention in leaving I had called and requested a handicap room...and all of sudden he remembered that he had […] already charged the room out.
