This hotel has one of the best locations in Sao Paulo. I like the fact that the best steakhouse in town, Baby Beef Rubaiyat, is just across the street.... The neighborhood is relatively safe for Sao Paulo’s standards and the hotel basic services are good (restaurant, pool, tiny gym). I like the coffee shop at the lobby for a quick cappuccino or an informal business meeting. The general condition of the hotel is good but the rooms need an update badly. The rooms are clean and for the rates, I am OK for a business stay. My biggest problem with this hotel is the wi-fi (extremely slow, either if you pay for the upgrade or use the free service). I have stayed at least four times and no matter what floor or where your room is located, be patient when using the internet.
