Pleasant and helpful staff. Terrific location, close to the tramway and within easy walking distances of all landmarks. Quiet room with a very, very comfortable bed. Very well-maintained hotel. Décors could use some updating. Complicated WiFi access.

First time staying here and I was extremely happy with the result. Always helpful staff and exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. Free WiFi was always fast and reliable. Glarnischof is located a few minutes walk from the heart of the city, parade place , the main train station shopping and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful . it's a bit overpriced though ( but then most of Zurich is) and the food choices are limited.

Outstanding. This is my second time staying at the hotel and will use this as the base of my business trips. Steps from the Lake and the trams run very efficiently and you are to the main train station in less than 10 minutes.

Most enjoyable.The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Wish the air-con was working. Museums are closed on Monday. 5 days is not enough to enjoy Zurich in a leisure pace. Zurich card is a must have. Save me a lot of money.

I spent 5 nights at the Glaernischhof hotel, and I must say everyhting from service to food quality was superb. Comfortable and clean rooms, extremely helpful and pleasant staff, and easy access to Bahnhof Strasse area for shopping. I will definitely come back!

Fantastic staff and super clean. Great place for the $$$. Take the bus from the train station if carrying large luggage. After that, everything is in walking distance.

5 star experience! Zurich is very expensive but this hotel was pretty reasonable. Location was good, rooms were big.

This hotel has great service! They will park your car right behind the hotel, give you access to your room early, if ready, and provide a delicious breakfast! The hotel is located in central Zurich, couple of minutes on foot from Bahnhof Strasse. Single room was size OK, a little bit outdated but very well maintained.

Отель в целом нееплохой. Наши окна выходили во двор, поэтому было тихо, не шумно. Лично меня в номере не устраивали подушки, их не хватало и светильник возле кровати, недобный. Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего, скудный, нет выбора.

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kongresshaus entfernt, also ideal wenn man dort Veranstaltungen besucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einzig für Damen evtl. mühsam: es gab zwar einen Schminkspiegel im Bad, allerdings ohne passendes Licht.

Bon accueil du personnel au Lobby qui peuvent vous fournir un plan de la ville et un bon de réduction pour le restaurant de l’hôtel le Poisson. La décoration est sobre avec un accès Internet très efficace (prendre le supplément accès illimité conseillé) et une bonne insonorisation de la chambre. On peut regretter l'accès à la chambre avec une clé standard […] et son porte-clé de 2 kg ! (les cartes magnétiques c'est mieux). 日本人の感覚では、内装が古いように思いましたが、ここはチューリッヒ。妥当なところかもしれません。部屋は清潔、また水回りの設備は新しく快適でした。フロントスタッフも親切、丁寧でした。（一人で宿泊したこともあり、価格が割高に感じましたが、チューリッヒに宿泊したのは初めてなので、あくまで個人的な感想です）。
