Costumer attention was fine but the conditions of the hotel are poor and dirty. The lights didn’t work and the bathroom wasn’t as clean. The comforter and sheets were wore down.

This is a perfect example of " you get what you pay for" . The only reason I gave it a 2 not a 1 is because of the location and Iimited breakfast was provided. Property was vary poorly maintained, dated and smelled. Our TV didnt work, ac was falling apart, there were fist holes in the bathroom, bathroom mirror was broken, frige was frozen and one of the beds was smashed on one side. It smelled of stale cigarette and weed even though this claims to be a smoke free place. It's pretty evident that these owners do not reinvest into their business. Unfortunately most of hotels under this name umbrella are similar. Won't be doing this again.

We were in our room not even 5 minutes before we decided we wouldn’t be staying there. The hallway had an overwhelming smell of air freshener, like it was trying to hide the scent of something else. As soon as we got to the door of our room, you could smell marijuana. Inside the room was even worse and the smell was definitely marijuana. The recliner in the room was dirty with food on the arm rest. The sink had hair on it. One of the outlets in the bathroom appears to have caught fire, as it was black and charred. I requested a refund, as we were only there five minutes, but was denied. I had two small children with me. There was no way we were going to stay there, even in a different room. Last time I stayed was several years ago and it has really gone downhill.

The first room they did not even change the sheets they just made them and the toilet seat was completely ripped off. There was food smashed into the carpet. We got changed to another room. The second room was a little cleaner, but had bugs everywhere. The breakfast that was included was make your own waffle a piece of toast or some cereal.

I got there 30 mins early to avoid a crowd. There was a 30 dollar fee to check in early. The person at the front counter just left 30 mins prior to check and didn’t return until 3:00 exactly. The lobby was literally full of people with one person to check people in. I come to the Saint Louis areas 17 times a year. I will never use the hotel again. Wouldn’t take much to stand out in area.
