Overall a nice business hotel. Business oriented location too. Sights are not in walking disytance. The only issue we had was that we got a smoking room even though we reserved a non-smoking room. They claimed they were out of rooms. The front desk suggested to complain at checkout because he could not help us.

Close to train station however a little bit from city. Cab from airport was expensive. Would recommend catching the trains from airport to hotel.

Visiting a friend in Munich for a couple of days we only used the hotel for sleeping and so did not use any of the hotel facilities. For what we normally eat at breakfast 22euro each was a bit expensive so we opted for a DIY breakfast in our room (Supermarket within easy walking distance.) My wife and I stayed here for Oktoberfest and were quite pleased with the location it's a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the Theresienwiese. The rooms were state of the art with some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.

The hotel was very nice. It was close to public transit and a short ride to the city center. My husband and I enjoyed the surrounding area and found a lot of food options within walking distance. Our only complaint was the 22euro per person for the breakfast. The food was good just seemed a bit high for a buffet.

This hotel is located on Heimeranplatz, where both U-Bahn and S-Bahn mass transit stations are also located. Very convenient, very clean, very comfortable hotel.

I had a really good time there and use their facilities. the only negative aspect was the food on their restaurant. It was expected to be much better concerning the amount of money you pay to it. DEFINITELY I would recommend to others to stay there.

The location is very convenient right in front the U (subway) Heimeranplatz station. You can take U4 or U5 to get here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and all speak English.

The staff are very helpful, the hotel is modern and clean and situated right by the station and underground, there are some nice restaurant's near by and the food in the hotel is also very good quality if a little expensive. Our overall experience was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is beautiful.The beds were comfortable and the room was a great size comparable to U.S. hotels. The subway stop is just a few feet from the back entrance to the hotel. So convenient to get anywhere in the city. The hotel offered us free use of umbrellas as it was raining all day. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Room was too hot and no air conditioning was available. We were told that, even though it was hot the air would be turned on only in Spring time. It's a lovely hotel, convenient location if you prefer to stay somewhere quieter out of the city centre - it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the central station, or 3 tube stops to Karlsplatz. Very nice hotel. The rooms are very modern, with great light controls, and the bed was very comfortable too. The bathroom was very modern as well. There are also free internet terminals in the lobby (45 minutes per day free in the lobby), but they do charge for internet access in your room. On the downside, our bathroom had some issues with producing […] hot water, but the staff did try and fix it while we were there. Also, the spa was closed when we were there for construction, so we complained and the staff provided us with free breakfast. The hotel location is right on top of an S-bahn and U-bahn train station; we didn't hear any trains thanks to the thick windows, and the convenience for getting into the heart of Munich was great. Stayed here 9-12/12/11 with a friend when visiting the Markets. Upgraded to an executive room which was good and included wifi. Unfortunately the wifi operation was a bit hit and miss. I reported it to guest services. But it was still poor. Mentioned it again on checking out and I was impressed with the response from the gentleman at reception. Thanks! I really liked the neighborhood. The hotel is right next to the U Bahn and S Bahn. There is a nice view of the city as well. Good lobby internet access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything worked. My only complaint is the breakfast was not a good value as is often true in a large hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's a very good hotel, staff speaks perfect english, room was clean and awsome bathroom. The cons is that you have to walk a little to get to the interesting sites.

This was pretty average. The room service food was not good at all. It was way too expensive. The cheeseburger was terrible! McDonalds would have been a better choice. The homemade brownie was really good though. The walls are really thin, you could hear everything going on in the hallway. High speed Internet was more like dial up.

The staff at the Reception were generally unfriendly and not at all helpful. Although rated a 4-star hotel, the staff did not bother to even provide us a map of the city and briefly introduce the local attractions when we checked in. When we asked for recommendation regarding where to go to sightsee and shop, the staff was extremely reluctant and unwilling […] to provide the information. She was very vague when we asked for directions to the subway station. Getting information out of her was like pulling out a tooth! We were pretty appalled that we were only given a set of pillows and duvet for one person when our booking clearly stated that it was for 2 adults. Excellent hotel, good location. Very much a "business" style hotel. Breakfast was very expensive if you did not have it included (good food options down the street). A bit further out from the Old Town than ideal, but a wonderful area.

Perfect location off Metro Train. Although busy we had a quick check in and nice meal at the hotel the 1st night. Computer access in lobby. Sheraton experience all the way German style. Headed back on our next visit to Munich.

We were a little early and as a result there was only one of our rooms ready. We were asked to wait 30 minutes while the adjacent room was prepared. After 45 minutes we agreed to leave the hotel as we had limited sightseeing time and get the keys later that day. On return, they told us they had only one room left, two floors below and no longer a King […] Room, only a double! The staff were not that helpful (common in the big corporate chains) and only some temper fraying helped get us a King Room that we had paid for. Astonishing considering they said they had none left moments before!! Saying that, the rooms were quite nice, although no kettle for a cuppa in German hotels (£2.50 downstairs instead). The water in the room was 4 euros each SMALL bottle which is a rip off and breakfast is an incredible 23 euros EACH! Great little cafe across the road for 6.50 euros each though. Would I stay there again? Probably, as nice hotel, close to underground station and comfy bed. Just be prepared to fight your corner when everything doesn't go your way. They did discound the 20 euro parking bill as way of an apology! 阅读更多信息

This Westpark is well worth the money, for reasons that are not immediately obvious. First, its location on top of a U-Bahn station for two main lines can't be beat; with a day pass, you can get anywhere easily on the frequent, impressively efficient subway line (take either train to the Odeonsplatz station for excellent access to the Marienplatz area; […] take either train to the Hauptbahnhof and transfer to the #18 to the Deutsches Museum). The City's website makes public transport a breeze. The U-Bahn makes it easy to come back to the hotel and drop off purchases as the day goes on or to take a quick nap or a soak in the hot tub on the 5th floor. Second, paying the extra fare for the Club floor can save you plenty. We ate breakfast there every day, would have a big lunch in town, and then grazed back at the Club over complimentary wine and beer at the end of the day. Our kids loved it because they could eat or go on the internet for free as they wished. (Don't bother with the inhouse restaurant, which is overpriced and uninteresting). Third, there are some pleasant walks from the hotel, off the tourist track; on the other side of the railroad tracks are delightful individual gardens (in their hundreds if not thousands) that you can walk through when you need a break from the city. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the Club rooms are quite nice. Note that there aren't any exercise facilities on site, but who cares?
