We got in late on March 25. It was late enough that we couldn’t see easily the cleanliness of the rooms. The lights were dim had to be turned on manually. The light switches didn’t work and the first night we discovered there were no clean towels in the rooms at all. Also, there was no hand or body soap, my daughter in the other room went down to ask at the front desk and he said we won’t be getting soap in because our shipment is late and you can go to the CVS on the corner, which, of course we did. Throughout the day that common areas were filthy with lots of debris and papers that breakfast kitchen area the floor was so sticky

Terrible. The first room had a heater that did not work. The TV did not work in this room either, and they provided us with no towels in the bathroom. When we booked this room, it stated that it had a pull out in the king size room. It did not have a pull out. They switched us rooms and the heater did not work either. Unbelievable. The second room had no towels either. When we asked for towels the man upfront said he needed to dry some. He said give us 30 minutes and we would have towels. Once we got the towels, we realized we only had one real towel, and the others were dirty floor towels. All the towels were also stained. The guy upfront was rude, did not have breakfast done on time, and was sleeping behind the front desk. We had to go to target just to get correct towels. We also had to get a blanket as the ones provided were just not enough. Especially in a room that doesn’t have a heater. The place was also just filthy. It was obviously they had no care for their property. Junk everywhere and the sheets on the bed were stained. It can go on and on, but do not stay here.

Dirty room with half used bar of soap in tub. Heater didnt work in several rooms. Front desk had to wash our towels each night as they didnt have enough to go around. There were only a few people staying there. Maybe 4 cars including mine.

The staff was nice to me when I checked in. But the heater did not work, and it was the dead of winter, and I was FREEZING. there were no sheets on the beds. I took the thin comforters from both beds and doubled them up and slept with my winter coat and all my clothes on, covered in pillows, trying not to freeze. The shampoo bottles in my room were empty. At breakfast they had a waffle making machine but no waffle batter. All they had was some raisin bran and juice. The cold was what really got me. Sorry to the kind staff for this bad review. I don't think it is your fault.

I paid for a kings room cause on the website it said there was like 4-5 left , once I got there they told me they don’t have any kings room available so they gave me a double bed room , once I entered the room it was obvious it wasn’t clean properly , there were loose hairs all over the bathtub , bathroom sink , on the bed , and the bed sheets had weird random stains that looked like blood , stains all over the bathroom walls and around the room as well , and the mini fridge and microwave were not cleaned which seems like for a very long time , I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed

The room is filthy and it stinks! The ironing board is leaning to the side and needs thrown away and the television doesn’t work. The room keys didn’t work and the hotel is empty. The clerk at the front desk was nice, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
