名声在外的酒店，但入住当天check in时，前台的那个貌似东南亚裔的小姐没有一点笑容，行李迟迟没有送到房间，打电话催了才送来，四个小包我们给了两美元小费，服务员竟然还好意思跟我们要4美元，我们问为什么迟迟不送，他却说因为前台没有把行李号输入电脑！！！酒店很大，但标识不够清楚，容易迷路。值得赞一个的是酒店的游泳池很棒，有温泉池。Hotels.com 真实住客点评

Neighborhood is great. Has a royal touch everywhere. The receptionist who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming. The room was very small and extremely warm!! Air conditioning was bad. The room was super, Very impressive. The hotel was likewise impressive and beautiful. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I would have expected no less from such a high end establishment. There was only a couple disappointments. "All-in-one hotel expereience"
I love the Venetian, I have stayed there many times. There is plenty to do within the hotel (visit the canals, shopping, pools, food, gambling, etc). The only downside is that the bed wasn't too comfortable, but the room was amazing.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"would stay here just to eat @ Carnevino's all day."
The rooms are lovely, I dont like their soap but I do love the fact that this restaurant houses Carnevino. I wish the hotel offered better coffee but I guess I cant have everything...Hotels.com 真实住客点评
