"Decent, but nothing special"
I would rate this somewhere near a three star or slightly more. The breakfast that they charged five dollars for was a little better than a continental breakfast. The staff was nice enough but a little sparce and distant. The hot tub was out of order and had been that way for a week or so already. "Close to "Streets of Tanasbourne" area"
Hotel is easy to find from the highway, area is safe, beds are comfortable. Hotel is in good repair. Staff members were all very nice. Pool and hottub were clean. The only small glitch is that breakfast was usually not ready at the 6:30 start time, and for those of us traveling from eastern time zones, eagerly awaiting the breakfast bar to open up, […] even 10 minutes of waiting seems like too long to wait for morning coffee. "Overpriced; Not up to usual Doubletree standard;"
Way overpriced. Freeway exit location. Recent renovation of older hotel. HVAC was old wall unit instead of modern central system. Bathtub had been redone with a drop-in shell that left the tub so narrow that I could barely fit (and I'm not wide). Bathroom fan roared so loud I ended up turning it off to bathe in the dark. Excellent Customer service especially by Hotel Managers Sameer and Nikki. The only issue was quick depletion of breakfast on Easter Sunday which meant longer waits for breakfast but they made up for that by having plenty the following day with absolutely no wait times.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Overall, quite good"
Gives a warm chocolate cookie when you check-in. The breakfast was quite good. Except the food, plates, coffee need to be refilled faster. Breakfast served until 10am but by 9-ish, there was no food, no yogurt, no milk, no coffee or plates / cups. We had to wait for the dishes to be washed and see the one guy prepping, cleaning, and replenish the kitchen […] / food. Nice hotel, would have gotten a better rating of the front desk had been more forthright regarding the hold placed against my card (which still hasn't been released) for 'incidentals.' Yes, I know it's common practice for large hotels for things like room service, etc, but this was barely better than a motor Inn, motel. "Five year old approved!"
Our stay was very pleasant. Traveling ten hours with a five year old is hard. The staff were helpful and supportive. The rooms were clean and fresh. And the heated indoor pool was a big hit with my five year old. As were the Doubletree cookies. We will make The Doubletree our Beaverton favorite for future trips.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

"Worth the price"
We stayed In Portland for my little boy to have surgery, overall the stay was great. Beautiful corner room, fairly quiet, super friendly staff & we were very impressed with the free breakfast! "Close to family and the freeway"
The stay was good but they knew that there were 5 of us in the room and we only had towels for 3. When we asked at the desk the first night for more towels, they offered to bring them to our room and never showed. "Overall very good experience"
They were doing a remodel of the hotel during my stay but I was never inconvenienced by noise or service interruption. Staff were were very helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast was good.However, It was VERY difficult to find as it isn't really on Cornell Rd, nor are there signs once you are off the highway.Expedia 真实住客点评

our stay at the Phoenix was great except for the breakfast. They are remodeling so I will cut them some slack and excuse their breakfast entrees. "Needed an affordable hotel near my cousins condo"
Stayed on a Sunday night. was only in the hotel for about 10hrs. It was clean and comfortable. Did not try the breakfast. Beware there is no food or delivery in the area after 10pm. Bummer.....Hotels.com 真实住客点评

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was conveniently located off the interstate with easy access to Beaverton and Portland locations. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. "End of summer getaway"
Upon checking in we were told they were out of king beds for both of our reservations. While we got two queens, we were disappointed. The room could have been cleaner--counter top behind coffee pot was full of large dust bunnies. And the fan in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a very long time.
