The room was decent and the staff was super friendly. We were disappointed that it wasn't mentioned anywhere about the $40 a night for parking. Also there was a roach in the shower when we first entered the room. We killed it and didn't see anymore. We did like the fact it was within walking distance of bourbon street and café du mond. If we knew about the $40 parking we would have not booked this hotel.

Park in the garage Nextdoor and save $15-$20 a day on parking, parking is not free, at the hotel it’s $55 a day valet.

Front desk staff seemed rude and made me feel uneasy. I would ask for a new set of towels and it seemed as if I was bugging them instead of them making you feel that you didn't have to beg for everything! The only person that made me feel welcomed was the concierge that was at her own desk.
