"Almost perfect hotel!"
Most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel. I would liek to take those mattresses home with me. The layout was great. I ended up not using the kitchenette but looked great. The breakfast was just ok. I stayed on the 1st floor and you could signficantly hear the plumbing of the upstairs unit - so that is really my only downside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and other areas were very clean and tidy. Didn't get a chance to use the gym facility, but the pool and hot tub were great. Wonderful night compared to the night before in El Paso, Texas. The customer service was excellent. The lady at the front desk even offered to lend us her car to go out for a quick dessert (we had a large trailor towing on the back of our car). "Could use some updates"
Overall, the room was good. The cleaning staff maybe need to be retrained. There was a dirty facecloth hanging the shower and something left in one of the kitchen cabinets. The pull out sofa was pretty worn and uncomfortable but it was OK for the kids. Good selection for breakfast.Hotels.com 真实住客点评
