Our room was dirty and gross! Paid for premium room and not sure how it was premium. Paid for snacks and did not get the snacks. Will Not be staying there again, very disappointed. The room smelled like feet, gum on the side of bed, and carpet was not swept.

Room wasn't clean upon arrival, little things such as a bread tie were next to the bed and dust all over. Bathroom was clean however the shower leaded onto the floor causing issues. Noise and parking weren't a problem and the staff was nice, it just wasn't my favorite place I've stayed.

The front desk staff never answered the phone in three days. The television went out every day and we were not able to watch tv. They never fixed it. The shower pressure only allowed the water to come out in a weak stream and several things were broken in the room. I wouldn’t stay here again. The price is not worth it.

i used to love this hotel when used to be a female manager back in 2021 it was fabulous i been staying here for years but this time was different this girl thar checked me was determined in giving me the worst room possible i always get get nice rooom i always book the superior rooms so i get a better view and bigger rooms but that room was too small no view 3 floor the bottom floor room it was too much i want expedia knows that went you book tru them we get the worst room possible at hotels

The guy that checked us in was nice. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The only thing that I found was that when I opened the drawer on the nightstand between the two beds, there was trash and food in it that hadn’t been cleaned up.

Staff were nowhere to be found. Front desk was consistently unattended. Room keys deactivated every day during the 3 day stay and needed the front desk to activate each day. Housekeeping never came to the room any of the 3 days. No fridge or microwave in room like advertised. Only coffee available in morning. When front desk staff was present, they were on their phone entire time. Last time we needed all three rooms keys reactivated they didn't even ask for ID, just reactivated the room keys which is a huge security concern. Advise looking for other hotels in the area if saying in downtown.

It took us 30 minutes to check in with a line to the front door. Our room was dirty with sticky substance under and around the desk. We were there three days, and trash overflowed. The beds were so bad I couldn't make it to the event on the third day (I have fibromyalgia). The only way we will stay here again is if we have to because of proximity to the venue.

There were no amenities that I was aware of. Staff certainly didn’t mention any that might be available. I was charged a daily fee for using a safe I didn’t know existed. If you’re looking for a bed and a shower, that’s all you’re going to get.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past. Easy to get to the arena district from here. Recalled that the parking was in a lot across the street. What was new - parking now costs $19/night. This was new since my last visit. Decent room, and overall clean, but another surprise was how thin the walls were. I could easily hear my neighbors in the next room. I don’t remember this from past visits - but it was as though the walls were paper-thin. Not sure this was worth the price - I thought I overpaid for what I got on this trip.
