Room smelled like cigarettes the second we walked in. Hotel was dirty and run down. No towels, cups or tissue in the room. No blankets on the beds, just a sheet. Stained bedskirts, broken toilet seat, toilet didn’t flush. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Yes. I came w pets and they told me they accepted pets….. get to front desk they take my money and just to tell me no we don’t accept cats….. ok give me money back …… oh let me talk to manager……. Now she’s approved it …. Days later….. She put us out because she doesn’t accept cats NO SHE DID NOT WANT TO REFUND MONEY SP LET ME STAY UNTIL MY DAYS WAS UP TRIED TO EXTEND AND SHE BLOCKED IT NO DONT GO THERE…… THE ROOM WAS NASTY BROKEN BED BROKEN LAMP NO SHOEER CURTSIN ONLY GAVE 1 towel THIS PLACES SUCKS

The staff seem to hide from customers, the breakfast was not the worst ive experienced, but its right down there near the worst. The halls and stairways are dirty, the grounds are not well kept, no remote for our TV, the lamp switches were broken so you had to screw in the light bulb to turn them on.... it goes on like that.

Its pleasant. We didn't have hand towels, so when we asked for them, they quickly and happily complied. It's a nice place with everything that you require. Waffles were the hot food, joined by all the customary continental items that you would expect.

My room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty the toilet barely flush and had a dirty nasty plunger next to the toilet! Window curtains were torn. Hallway carpet was filthy! I took pictures as well

Pool was dirty, the room had black mold by the Jacuzzi tub and had dirt and hair coming out of the jets. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling, vent was all rusted, and tub dripped all night. also dirt and food under mattress would not recommend. The bathroom door did not shut from the door piling up from the bottom. We had people trying to get into our room at 10:30 at night. I had a really bad night of sleep as our room smelled like marijuana all through the night and worse in our bathroom. You could smell marijuana all the way down the hallway. I couldn't tell you about breakfast. We decided we just needed to leave. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! This was not a good experience for us.
