"Not very good for your money"
Our room was on the third floor and the room beside us along with the one above us was very loud. The room had an odor to it as if it had been used as a smoking room, but then was turned into a non-smoking room. It was very damp and nothing seemed to dry out even when it was warm outside. The room was kept clean by the staff, but we received a knock […] on the door of our room by the cleaning crew to see if we were leaving for the day before 9:00 am so it could be cleaned. Hotel was great. Room was clean all the time. Room service everyday. If you asked for more towels or anything you needed they brought it right away. The beds were made everyday. Free coffee in lobby. The thing that disgusted me the most was that I found a cockroach in the initial room I was placed in. Although I was moved to another room (which was not very clean, ie. sand on the shelves of the closet and dresser), I had unsettling night of sleep due to wondering if there were cockroaches in the new room. Staying overnight with children, I was most concerned with the cleanliness of the room and its bedding. I thought the room was superb! My (3) kids have allergies and I slept well knowing they were on clean sheets and that the a/c filter had been serviced recently. The room was spacious and modern, the carpet and bathroom were also well maintained. Very nice beachside hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
