Hotel was convenient to airport and very clean. Service was excellent.

We had an early flight next morning so being 5 minutes from the airport was great. It was easy getting in and out of the hotel. Three restaurants within 5 minute walk. Room was roomy and clean and reasonably updated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Have stayed here before and hotel is nice, but bad experience this time. A couple checked in next door around 9pm, and don't know what they were doing, but the woman could be heard chanting and talking loudly until 4am. Something weird going on - sounded like she was trying to hypnotize someone or conduct a seance. Everything about this hotel was great - with one exception. We stayed one night, when I got up int he morning, I had broken out in a rash. I am extrememly allergic to detergents, I can only surmise I reacted to the detergent they use. We won't be staying at this hotel again!

The room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best that I have had at a hotel that offers a continental breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I visit this area again. The staff was very helpful.

Our room was 'ok', nothing special. The hallways were terribly hot, like they did not Not likely to stay again.

The hotel bathrooms needs updated. The shower was a wall surround and there were gaps in the wall. The showerhead was more of a big drip instead of a stream. The bath floor was not thoroughly cleaned prior to when we arrived. I found toenail clippings under the vanity. Will choose another hotel chain next time.

I found the room to be clean, adequate for my needs, and overall, very comfortable. The breakfast was well prepared, open on time, and varied enough to please any appetite. Overall, I found nothing that I could improve.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was much better than other hotels offerings. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed and quiet. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Check-in/out was the fastest I think I have ever experienced. Beds were pretty firm, which is not my preferred type of bed. Location was very close to the airport, which is why I stayed here. Looked like a nice indoor pool.

Old style TVs... Toilet had a leak and kept "whooshing" every 5 minutes. Good location but this hotel really needs an upgrade... I'd say this is just (almost) a 2 star hotel.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable and the towels could definately been softer. The towels were actually a bit rough. However the room was clean. Our toilet ran about every half hour or so. However, I didn't realize it was our toilet until sometime during the night so I didn't report it. At first I thought it was water usage in another […] room, until I noticed it was at regular intervals. Also, I was disappointed that the continental breakfast didn't serve coffee (at least I couldn't find any evidence of coffee), so I took my food back to my room and made a cup with the little pot in my room, but it wasn't very good.The only other thing that would have made the stay more comfortable would have been a snack machine since we arrived late and wanted something to nibble on. The snacks by the check-in were too expensive. I wasn't about to pay $2.00 for a cany bar or small bag of potato chips. 阅读更多信息

We stayed here the night before we flew to Disney. The receptionist gave us a 10% off coupon to Texas Roadhouse, which is across the street and we were able to keep our car in the parking lot while we were gone for a week. My daughter, her girlfriend and I went to check out a local college. It was literally right down the road. Places to eat w/out even having to cross the street. Rooms and bath were clean! Didn't feel like we were going to pick up anything when we walked in. Mini fridge was nice to have for left overs and drinks. Beds were ok but the queen sized seemed […] smaller than i thought they would be. Pool was definitely not for a swim but ok for the kids. Bathrooms were compact but nice - except the tub never drained fully while you showered. Staff was very helpful and friendly - breakfast was OK. Overall not too bad for the price. Comfortable hotel far enough away from the airport that you don't feel like you are staying on one but close enough to make it an easy trip. Also close (within 5 min drive) to various good restaurants. As long as your not expecting a 5 star property this will make for an enjoyable stay.

very close to the airport but didn't feel like it (in a good way). It is also very easy to get to Knoxville, Maryville and the mountains from here. Stores and restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here one night so we could visit my granddaughter at Maryville College. We got to our room and were VERY satisfied. The beds were nice, the bathroom was clean, and it had a great location!

My son plays football for UT and we had to find a place to stay for the home games. You could tell they took a lot of pride in their hotel. We will use this Holiday Inn Express for the whole season.

The hotel staff was friendly and the overall condition of the hotel was decent. The only issues I had in my room were a broken toilet seat and an older TV with bad reception on some channels. Other than that, everything was fine. Breakfast included in the price was nice. It's not the quality of eating breakfast in a restaurant, but it's convenient […] and was fine. We have stayed here a few times now and this time was probably the best time so far. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. They were doing some work on the main entrance, so we had to enter through the back, but other than that everything was great. The employees were very nice as well.
