This looks like an amazing hotel, but we only had a few hours to sleep there before checking out so we didn't even get to see it all. The place was beautiful, had a HUGH room. We'd booked rooms for 3 and got a queen bed + (3) singles and could have held a dance in between them. Rooms, bathroom. and amenities in room were great. Staff was fabulous. Very nice, helpful, and efficient.

I assume no a/c in Ireland? Very warm at night in room to sleep. Maybe it is normal in Ireland. Hotel staff really nice but parking is an issue. It’s overwhelming to worry about parking.

This hotel was very easy to find, though it’s worth double‑checking the address since there are two locations in Cork! Once we arrived, we had a great stay. It was incredibly quiet, and we slept amazingly well. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My only concern was the shower; the water never got fully hot, more room‑temperature than warm. If that were improved, the stay would be perfect!

The hotel is in a great location. It’s an easy walk from the train station and close to the city center. The automated check in process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was a very nice place to stay.

This is a superbly located hotel with friendly staff. The building and rooms have clearly seen better days and the hotel could do with some refurbishment and freshening up. Parking spaces are limited so we availed of a discounted rate at the nearby multi-storey car park. We didn't have breakfast at te hotel but we did purchase two coffees for €8. The place was reasonably clean and comfortable but somwhat overpriced in my opinion. I don't stay in hotels in Ireland often enough to compare but have stayed in substantially better hotels in other European cities for less.

Expected more from a 4 star. Bedroom window was broken, not closing fully and as a result the room was cold, had to use a towel to block out the draft. Spacewise the room was small for a family room, ok if just adults or older kids. Breakfast had the basics.

I love this hotel with is quirky nature. Renovated from an old hospital. The history and photographs are amazing. Parkig on site is limited but you can be lucky to get a space here. Worse case scenario there's another carpark near the hotel for a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and for the age ofvthe building its very clean and well presented. A great spot

I had a good room on the 5th floor with a good view of the church next door. Room was tidy and made up everyday. Breakfast selection is good and the bar is nice to sit in. The car park is really tight and you are lucky if you get a space. Not a deal breaker though and i'd book to stay again.
