Room was really clean and so was the rest of the hotel. Some areas were under construction but nothing major. Pool area was nice and it was very convenient that it is open 24/7. The only bad thing I could think of was the pool area smelled like propane. We were told it was from the outdoor fireplace next to the where the pool was at. Close to everything in pigeon forge and even just a short drive to Gatlinburg.

The only problem we had was, the pool was only indoor and the humidity in the pool area, and the overwhelming smell of chlorine made it impossible to utilize the pool or hot tub. Probably would go somewhere else next time.

This is the second time that we've stayed here. We had a great time and the service was great! We had issues with the TV(our fault). We called the front desk and Nydia went above and beyond to help us get it figured out. Also thanks to the maintenance guy who helped us lol. It's definitely on our favorite list and plan to stay there again.
