Beautiful, cabin/spanish style decor. Front staff man was so helpful and ended up being the Hotels bartender as well. Such an affordable option for a nights stay! We will be back!

The facility was older but maintained well. The room was clean and spacious. The water was hot when we wanted hot water. The parking was good. The area has places to eat close by. It’s not far from the interstate.

The kitchen was closed due to maintenance issues. No food served at the bar either, due to the kitchen being closed. If I had known, I would have selected Inn at the Hills to stay. The YO hotel is older, but it was pretty clean and the pool and other amenities were nice enough!

The front desk clerk was very welcoming. The room was nice and near the pool which was a plus. Although the clerk provided us a map, it was difficult to determine entry into the hotel rooms as the 2nd level of our room was only available on one side of the building. We had to figure it out on our own. Room was spacious and comfy. The only thing was they had signs saying their restaurant was closed. I do recommend staying here if you come to visit Kerrville.

Decent place if things were open. Restaurant was closed for repairs, A/C was decent but never turned off because it didn’t cool enough. USB plugs didn’t work, staff was very friendly just hotel was definitely not as good as I hoped.

The room's floor needed a deep clean, my son's feet were dirty from walking barefoot. The pool needed to be cleaned. The remote/tv didn't work well and we had to share a remote with the kids in the bunkbed area. Everything else was awesome. The decor was super cool.

I took my husband here for a weekend away. I was excited about the pool and hot tub, the morning breakfast and trying out the steak at their restaurant. Check-in went well. The room was clean and nice. The hot tub wasn't working. The pool was really nice. There was no breakfast and no steak dinner as they did not open until May 22nd, the weekend after we were there. The town was cute. We found it funny that the movie theater was only open for the 3 pm matinee and then the 6 pm shows. But we still had a great time. We didn't have much contact with the staff but when we did they were very nice. Just wish the hot tub would have been functional.
