"Great suite at a great value"
We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Candelwood in Durham, NC. It was so close to our niece who we were visiting. Tina at the front desk was so helpful making sure that our suite was ok. The only minor problem was that the A/C was really cold if you were sitting on the couch. Luckily our weather did not demand constant A/C. The kitchen was adequately […] equipped and the nice big table was perfect for putting potato salad together for 24 people. PROS: - friendly and attentive front desk staff - well-lit parking lot - 24 hour fitness room - kitchen included in the room - they have a small general store with an honor code system for purchases CONS: - in a business park area that isn't super close to downtown Durham or Chapel Hill (but still only about 15 min drive away) - A/C unit in the room […] is loud - housekeeping came at 8am!!
