Enjoyed our first stay in Salt lake and this area of sugar house is the best parking is somewhat limited but the hotel was nice free 'snack' breakfast but the kitchen in room was perfect.

Made a last minute reservation to stay in Salt Lake City. The room was clean and well maintained. We did have an issue with the towel rack being significantly loose and the flashing around the tub drain was loose but over the experience was good. My only suggestion for the property would be to leave a travel sized bottle of dish soap and a cheap scrubbing sponge in the mini-kitchen so guests can clean the borrowed dishes.

The drive-thru line from the next-door Chick-Fil-A goes right thru the hotel parking lot, making hotel access and parking an inconvenient hassle.

It's all about location for this property. Lots of access to city trails, parks, shopping and eateries. The hotel itself is fine but seems a bit dark with only one window facing the walkways so need to draw the curtains for any privacy. A sheer blind would be nice to let in the light but limits visibility. Some of the staff were very helpful while others seemed disinterested. It would have been. ice to know more about the area from the staff. The place is older bet kept looking nice. Bed was comfortable and that is always nice to find a bed once can sleep on. Charging for Internet? Big surprised and seems like nickel and dimming the patrons. I just used my cell phone hot spot.

Somebody left the trash underneath the cabinet not changed out and it smelled so bad. Almost threw up. Cheap thin sheets woke up. I was on top of the plastic of the bed felt so disgusting. I would never go back ever terrible

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. felt like sleeping on a board. The "blankets" on the bed were worthless-barely a coverlet. had to request extra blankets. if these are cost saving measures for the hotel, bad choice. A good nights sleep was NOT had here. the breakfast was pathetic. low quality "granola" bars and muffins. always ran out of real sugar and only offered fake creamer. I did ask about half and half and staff stated the real cream was not used because no one used it and it spoiled. no fresh fruit available. Because of these and staff reactions to my requests, i will NOT be returning to or recommending this chain of hotels.

Horrible. If we needed anything for the kitchen we had to go get it at the front desk. No remote in the room for tv, smelled like weed the whole time. The room did! Got a knock on the door in the middle of the night from the attendant asking if we needed something???!!!
