I've been staying here twice a year for a few years. For my last 3 visits it seems like the owners are letting the property go down hill. This time my dishwasher was broken and never fixed during my 10-day stay. There's a Mr Coffee machine in the room, but no coffee pot. The closet doors are off their track making it hard to open and close them. The staff is great -- always friendly and helpful.

Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was told we could use the sister hotel’s hot tub and pool. Hot tub was half full and was advised it didn’t warm up. It is outdated and dirty looking. Door to the room, you had to hold down the handle to shut. All around a fail.

No Breakfast the first morning, but we did get breakfast the last morning. Pool and jacuzzi was out of order. Disnt know until check out that we could go to the hotel next door. Housekeeping and front desk were cordial and professional. I do need you all to order more hand towels and bath towels and place at least an extra toilet roll or 2 in the bathrooms. I have stayed here many of times and never had a problems. The room was clean. But the fitted sheet on the bed was too small so while sleeping it would pop off the bed. Also the AC seems to not be able to keep up. It was set to 70 but stayed about 73 in the room most of the day. Breakfast was so great. Everything was empty or just not good quality.

The room, upon entering, was 59° and felt frigid. Had to turn the heat on. The curtains were in disrepair — shredding sheers and blackout drapes. The bathroom sink was clogged. No lotion. One place setting of utensils. Breakfast had spoons only. No eggs or oatmeal or waffles available. Grits were thick. Egg omelets came out later.

First room - gross. Sticky floor , dirty carpet, broken AC, over frozen fridge that dripped. Called. Got a new room that was a little better on the 3rd floor but smelled like bleach. I stayed in that one cause it was 11:30pm. I got what I paid for. Do not recommend. And the rating on this app is BS.

I was really disappointed in my stay at this Residence Inn. The room that I was given looked like someone else was still checked into it. The ironing board was up, a used paper towel on the counter and what appeared to be a used washcloth, the only washcloth in the room, was on the sink. When I called to make sure they hadn't mistakenly placed me in someone else's room and told them about the towel their suggestion was to come down and get another towel. Residence Inn usually has good breakfast but on both days the breakfast was horrible and unless the person who cooked just doesn't know how to make grits and messed them up two days in a row the big congealed glob of grits from Tuesday morning looked exactly like the big congealed glob of grits on Wednesday morning.
