房间尺寸对于我们一家4口来说完美——我们有一个大双人床，沙发床和一张婴儿床，而且仍有足够的空间轻松的走动。酒店就在高速公路下，开车很方便，而且到地铁站大约步行3分钟。但是，这里在地铁线路的最后一站，距离主要旅游景点有一点远。周围环境是当你住在城市边缘所预料的那样。

酒店非常好而且干净。唯一我不喜欢的事情是卫生间和盥洗室和淋浴分开......位置好，距离地铁站大约步行5分钟，你坐地铁到市中心15分钟。

我选择这家酒店因为它靠近地铁站。而且只要5分钟步行。而且地铁站是逛巴黎最方便的方式，而且根本不费时间。当我们到达时，酒店前台正在翻新，所以整个底层关闭。前台被转移到1层的换班区，看起来不整洁，但是前台员工24小时在现场，非常有礼貌而且有帮助。我们的房间在8楼，而且我们能看到远方的埃菲尔铁塔——太棒了！房价本身现代而且宽敞，有一个相当好的卫生间，有两扇门开向我是。它有单独的盥洗室，这我很喜欢，因为它最大程度的利用了卫生间的空间。房间有保险柜，迷你吧/冰箱和平板电视。床非常舒适，而且空调运行良好，有一点噪音。我们为地下停车付费两晚，不包含在房费中，但是只是短暂住宿，而且停车非常安全。由于其他的评论，我们没有在餐厅吃饭，但是这适合我们，因为我们想尝试巴黎的pattiseries/咖啡馆。当地附近有 […] 很多这些，取款机和药店在酒店步行范围内。我们住的很愉快，位置对于地铁来说很棒，而且我们会毫不犹豫的再住这里。 阅读更多信息

这也许是我此生经历过最差的酒店。了解了我几乎过完了40%的人生，这很说明了我多么失望。退一步说，酒店本身不专业。在我要求打扫房间的女士45分钟后再来以后，她却每两分钟敲一次我的门。在我退房那天，她早上9:45来到我的门口，而且在接下来的30分钟内来了2次，即便我已经告诉她我中午会离开。如果你有行李，你就靠你自己了，那里没有人帮助你，而且你需要自己找到入住和退房的表格。负责房间里迷你吧的人想让我祈求他放满非常贵的饮料。吧台/餐厅时间很荒谬，而且那里的人就和其他人一样：对他们的客户无礼。

员工非常有帮助。他们讲很多不同的语言，而且关注于让我们的巴黎旅行很完美。酒店位置也很好。靠近Porte d'Orleans地铁站。距离巴黎市中心不是非常近，但是如果你到Notre Dame不需要转车。其他所有地方只需要转一次车。

Stayed in the executive with our family of four. Room had a queen size bed and 2 pull out sofa beds. Very clean. Convenient parking downstairs but was not included. Breakfast was average (stay away from the fake scrambled eggs) and included in the price.

hi i stay for 4 nights it was nice, 5 min walk from porte d orlean train stn,& 30 min from cdg airport, metro train from airpot to hotel one time train change &its easily get ,near by carefore super mkt , its more near to orly airport.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It wasn't too far into Paris that I had to do a lot of driving in the city center and the metro was a few blocks away. There are plenty of places to eat and buy food near the metro and hotel. It didn't take more than ten minutes to get to all the major landmarks. We (family of 4) had a great to Paris and a nice stay at Novotel, but at arrival we were not told how to get out of the garage when leaving during your stay and we could not get out. Instead of trying to help us and understand why we had a problem getting out they keept telling us that our credit cards (all 3) were faulty and it's not their fault. Would […] have been nice with a bit of "let me see what I can do for you" instead of "your card does not work". The hotel was excellent, modern and very nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious for Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice surprise was to discover that my children didn´t have to pay for breakfast! The location wasn´t that good, though. It seemed like a business neighborhood, so there wasn´t much to do around and the nearest metro […] station was the very end of the #4 line, which meant we had to ride a lot to get anywhere. What I really didn´t like was the TV options in the room. There was only 1 channel in English (BBC), which was OK, if they didn´t have an adult channel completely open for the kids to run into while they were browsing through the channels. Overall this hotel is good and an ideal base for sightseeing. Good breakfast and comfortable room - Only criticism is no fresh air in rooms (windows do not open), only heating/air conditioning. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was fully booked by the time we had arrived so they kindly upgraded us from a basic room to a suite. The suite was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. I stayed in Novotel Porte d'Orleans with my parents in August 2012. I couldn’t believe how spacious the room was for the 3 of us! It’s located in the business centre/area of Paris. So not in the city centre. The metro stop is about 5-10 minutes walk, however its at the end of the line so it takes a while to get/from the main attractions. don't expect a 4 star hotel as in the USA. This is Paris. The breakfast Buffet is wonderful. The location is great. The rooms are small, the beds are no more than OK. The service is OK. The Carpet in our room knew better days. The room is not designed, It is a novotel. The public areas are very nice though. There is a kids corner, with X-box, books, […] and some other toys. I thought the buffet breakfast area was in an area that was too cramped when it got busy and the food stations were not being replenished quickly enough. I also thought the underground parking was very toght to negotiate taking the car down and up in. We arrived quite early and the hotel made every effort to get us a room right away. The provided gifts for our children upon check-in. The hotel was conveniently located a short 5 minute walk to the Porte d'Orleans Metro (subway) station. It had everything we needed and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were a block from a big super market, dry cleaners, laudromat and many restaurants. The hotel was just fine. A little inconvenient for site seeing but the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Metro station is 3 blocks away and Paris metro is pretty easy to manage. Most restaurants are also about 3 blocks away but this is a good choice for reasonably priced Paris hotel without frills.

Well to start off, I think that there is a HUGE gap between what us Americans consider a 5 Star Hotel and what others consider a 5 star hotel. The staff at this hotel are not friendly at all, they see us as intruders. We checked out at 12 noon and noticed around 8pm that we have left behind a bag full of all our electronic chargers, we contacted them […] from another NOVOTEL and they promised to look for them and speak to the maid. We returned to Novotel in Paris a few days later after being told that the bag would be saved for us till our return, they informed us that no one had found anything left behind in our room.
