酒店很棒，非常物有所值。离地铁很近，去伦敦的景点很方便。现代化的酒店，员工很友好，早餐干净可口。愿意向家人或者情侣推荐这儿。很安静。

对于这家酒店以及我在这儿的住宿，我不能列举出任何的不足。它是我的首选。关于地理位置，能在距老城中心的塔一箭之遥的地方醒来是件单纯美好的事情，并且距离环绕伦敦的古城墙也很近。我之前害怕会有街道的嘈杂声，但是没有。考虑到酒店的地理位置和舒适度，以及真正的伦敦之游，我强烈推荐这家酒店。

我顶这家酒店是为了和妻子在伦敦住一晚。在到达的时候，前台立刻接待了我们并且询问我们的住宿。我们差不多下午一点到，我惊喜的发现我们的房间已经准备好了。我们也免费升级到商务房，这点很棒。酒店房间一尘不染，有一些不错的现代的地方，就像磨砂的浴室玻璃。位置对于我们要去剧院和其他经典来说很理想。这家酒店非常安静，床非常舒服。我只有一点点的意见就是酒吧晚上的服务有点太慢了，服务我的服务员没有经验而且慢。除了这个，我一定要推荐这家酒店给别人，如果我再来伦敦我一定要在住这里。

接待人员很正式，而不是友好和迎宾的。其他员工都非常助人和热情。房间很舒服，布置的很好。他们有点不舍得添茶，咖啡和其他消耗品。酒店交通不方便。周围很多计程车，附近还有一个地铁站和地上车站。也很不错的是靠近很多历史景点，你可以静静的逛逛。

We stayed here for 2 nights 2 adults 2 children age 7 and 10, the hotel was immaculate room ample for short stay and Buffet breakfast amazing!!! A pleasant bar for families and right next to tube station tower hill and so close to Tower of London and tower bridge would defiantly stay here again x

Booked with hotels dot com and got a deal inclusive of breakfast & Wifi. Stayed with family for 2 nights in superior room. Overall, very good hotel, all staff are very helpful and friendly, fantastic breakfast buffet (comprised of full English AND continental) which was replenished vigilantly. Right next to Tower Hill underground station and the Tower […] of London. The superior room is a nice size with the novelty of a glass wall between the room and the bathroom which turns opaque at the touch of a button. Choice of rain shower or ordinary shower head. Fun & sexy if you're travelling with your significant other. One small thing: the mattress was a little too soft. We took the long weekend off to take the kids to London. Very convenient location, next to the Tube and London tower. Breakfast was great with something for everyone to eat. Plenty of food and no wait or lines. Having a reasonably priced restaurant in the lobby was a big help for feeding the tired family at the end of the evening. Plenty of good restaurants […] within a short walking distance. Our room was perfect size and accommodated the four of us very comfortably. We usually have to get two rooms when traveling to Europe but this was perfect. Nice staff and good service. Kids friendly environment. This hotel was exactly what we needed for a short trip. Our stay was very pleasant apart from double booking, when we went to our room there was already someone else occupying it. However this was quickly sorted and they also upgraded us to a lovely room. Will book hotel again or recommend to friends when staying in London.

This was a perfect location for us to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfasts were fantastic. I cannot think of a single breakfast item which was not on offer.

Having stayed at this hotel before, I was upgraded to the new, ultra modern, superior rooms on the 5th floor. The room had a contempory feel and is packed with all mod cons incl. free wifi. The only complaint was an old fashioned 'non-steam' iron which was out of place with an otherwise super room. Would stay here again.

We spent two nights at the Novotel in Pepys Street from 14-16 April wigh our two sons aged 5 and 2. The location is ideal with it being 100 yards from Tower Hill Tube station and close to The Tower of London. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Outstanding! Everything we needed was there even a gaming room for children with xbox for two players. Room was clean and had a very nice facilities. Spent four nights here to base our London experience. Hotel rooms a bit small when sleeping two adults and two children, however this is acceptable as we chose the smallest rooms for the most affordable accommodation, plus the fact we only slept on the rooms and spent the entire stay exploring London. the breakfast items were really great but the line that we had to wait was really frustating as we waited for more than 30 minutes to be seated, too many people were waiting before us and we were in chaotic situation. the bathroom was blocked and the water was not draining ,we waited for over an hour for maintainance then the drainage problem has been […] resolved but we suffered from a horrible smell coming outside from the bathroom to the whole room. Great value for such a good quality hotel. Perfect for families (Lovely touch of a little gift for the kids when you check in). All staff encountered were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Perfect location one minute walk to the tube station and a few minutes to The Tower of London. The staff were extremely helpful the restaurant had the feel of a very upmarket restaurant and was reasonably priced. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again
