Room was clean, but not in good repair. About 3 feet front of the sink counter was missing and exposed plywood and glue. The pool was out of order. The Hot Tub was out of order. The breakfast food was all gone when we got there. Toaster was broken. We met a couple who said they were up all night because the room next-door was partying till 4 AM and when they called the front desk to complain, no one even answered. I would not stay here again.

The hot tub and the pool were both out of order. They had blankets over the windows on all floors so you couldn't see into that area. They had Vending machines were out of order also .

Front desk had terrible customer service, the pool was down & I would have gotten a cheaper room that didn’t have a pool had I known that, the side access door remained unlocked through the night , the tub spout is coming off of the wall , the face of the bathroom vanity was ripped off , and the walls were so paper thin and non insulated you could hear everyone in their rooms. Beds were comfy

Went for a quick stay on memorial Day weekend get to the hotel and myself and five other sets of gas were told that their system was down and the previous night manager did not make a list of what rooms were clean and what rooms weren't. Was told by the front desk that I needed to cancel the room. I drove an hour and a half to get to this hotel and then was told I have to cancel. Tried to cancel through thehotel.com app. At least they were helpful but the property denied me a refund even though they didn't have the room I already paid for available to me. This is unacceptable. If you cannot honor your contract and update the staff on the most basic things like what rooms are clean then this hotel needs to be shut down and to deny a refund after you were told by the front desk clerk who is not at fault here who was as helpful as possible is unacceptable and fraud. I will never stay at that hotel ever and I hope you don't too.
