富丽华河畔大酒店 (Furama RiverFront) - 新加坡

此酒店价格不低，可是综合来说性价比不高。首先离地铁站太远，步行要15分钟左右，想想新加坡这么热的天，再加上游玩一天回来，早晚都要走这么久让我们根本不愿意坐地铁，只能打车。离公交车站不远，不过总归没有地铁和打车方便，因为公交车是不报站的，转车也不方便。其实，酒店房间不大，就10多平方，设备是齐全的，可是怎么也不值这个价格，大概就是国内四星不到的水平。最后前台基本不会讲中文，如果英文不好的人去办理手续，咨询等不是很方便。

新年家庭度假入住这家酒店，总体满意。大部分出行利用出租车（发现新加坡出租车有各种附加费，节日费，夜间费，赌场，圣淘沙费等）。离圣淘沙，市中心距离较近。The Great World Center 购物中心走路距离。

订的豪华大床房，但只给我双床房，有点异味；酒店房间设施陈旧，浴池很小。交通算比较便利。低档的四星酒店。

他们提供给我一个又旧又破亟需修复的房间，这个房间从没有在他们展示的片面的图片中出现。尽管这些片面的图片展示了各种各样的房间，但他们从没有将这些破的亟需修复的房间展现出来！！！甚至在我在下午六点钟办理入住登记的时候，他们告诉我床还没有准备好。因此我不得不选择了一个两个单人床的标准间!!不管怎样这次体验一点都不好！！

酒店的职员十分友善，对我们的题问，解答清楚。 酒店房间之冷气十分足够，环境不错。 行出酒店右转，毗邻有二间酒店，再向前行横过天桥，再行十至十五分钟便到克拉克码头，十分方便。 但酒店离ＭＲＴ站要行十五分钟，我觉得比较远。

While not centrally located (10 min easy walk to Outram station & 15 easy walk to Clarke Quay) hotel is well served by busses and taxis. I have visited Singapore a number of times over the years, for business trips. I usually search online for the best deals, and on this occasion, the Furama had a deal with 25% off for a 4 day stay. The price included breakfast and wireless internet (normally charged as extras in other hotels), and I had an Executive room, which gave me access to their […] Executive Lounge, where the breakfast was available, and also free drinks and food for two hours each evening. The hotel has a pool, and a small, but well-equipped gym. The staff were all excellent - nothing but praise for all of them. Walking distance to Clarke Quay, and the bars and restaurants there. I'm always happy to jump in a cab to go to customer sites, but visitors should be aware that the nearest MRT station is a good 10+ minutes walk from the hotel. Furama Riverfront is not located in a centralized location but Singapore is small enough to get around by taxi. I would say everything is within a 10 minute taxi ride away. Although not too far from chinatown, the hotel is not near any mrt or bus stop, so if you do not like walking, taxi is the option beside shuttle bus proviided hourly to orchard and clarkquay, and outram park, suntec and shentonway for weekdays. Sleep quality was good, bathroom was adequate.

The hotel was very comfortable. The restaurant for breakfast was good and dinner was excellent. I liked the location near the river where it is easy to take a boat taxi to get around. The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for internet. This should be a free service.

I stayed in Riverfront for 1 week. The room was an "executive room", on the last floor: 19th. Everything was ok, clean, quiet, internet speed is ok also. Surroundings are fine, although you have to cross a big lane to go to the river. There is a bridge anyway but you have to walk a little.

The hotel is abit old, need renovation.. However the hotel staffs were great! Gave us a wonderful velantine's day getaway.. We book the executive rooms with club facilities .. The club lounge serve good snacks n good wine ! Great staycation with very reasonable rates!

Spacious room, friendly staff, clean, peaceful from city crowds. Enjoy staying here overall. Only setback is too far from mrt station. If got free shuttle bus from hotel to mrt station frequently eg. Every 15-20 mins, then this hotel is very ideal. Thank you Furama.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, as I think it is a good, effecient hotel for a fair price. However I was somewhat diappointed this time: Half an hour to get my luggage to the room and more than an hour to get room service is not as it should be

The Hotel did not have the kind of room I had booked in advance and was asked to wait or accept an upgraded room by paying more. The 'upgraded' room was not that great after all. The carpet of the entire floor (19th) leading to my room was filthy and really needs thorough cleaning. Staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient and we appreciated their efforts. We enjoyed our stay. Room 1203 - bath at head seemed to have a water leak that ran across to the floor waste but didn't present any sort of a problem for us. The corridors on 12th floor at least, were slightly smelly or musty ( in passing through) but rooms […] were not smelly and were cleaned efficiently every day by friendly staff. Overall we had little to complain about and would recommend hotel to anyone not wanting 5 star accommodation or 5 star prices. Hotel is fairly centrally located to all the main attractions. We stayed at Executive club situated at 19th floor. The room was a modern design and it was clen & neat. The breakfast spread was fantastic and we had access to excexutive lounge through out our stay. They were providing free drinks and snacks during happy hours.

We chose the Furama as we have stayed at many places in Singapore and were here for a quick trip, not a "holiday" The Furama is a solid choice for people who are in Singapore and don't need all the fuss and frills of a high end hotel. Well furnished rooms, location depends - if you want to step out of hotel into the shopping streets, then not the place, if you want a 5-7 minute cab ride away from the hustle of the business district, then ideal. Lobby has a old world charm. Though the ceiling of the lounge area could use some work. Room has a nice and warm feel.

All is good but when you ask a staff question and they don't know how to answer you, they will not make the effort to check with other staff. End of the day, I ask 4 times and all they say is " I'm not sure."

On arriving we had been upgraded to executive level, so this was good. Breakfast was quite good and service good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside was the bath which leaked water all over the floor spreading into the lobby area - fortunately a tiled floor. Otherwise a good stay.
