We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites. This was our second time here, but this time we brought our two children. The hotel is in a great location. We went to Vanderbilt Beach, which is less than fifteen minutes away. The Coconut Point Mall is close and you have the outlet mall right next to the hotel. The service and food was excellent. Excellent. Front desk very good and responsive to my needs. Amanda was so awesome. Just a natural for the business! Food was excellent and the people working the breakfast were excellent. First time I have ever stayed at an embassy suites---it will not be the last.

The place is very nice. Great food. Nice pool and spa. Close to a huge shopping outlet Mall, Public Golf Course, nice restaurants, major shopping Malls. Near enough to the airport but not hear it.

The happy hour and cooked to order breakfast was wonderful. Overall very happy with our stay. Our room was clean, the bathroom tub/shower needs new caulk or should be scrubbed well to get the black that looks like mold off it. Everything else...great! Would stay again.

We found this hotel very clean, very friendly , great services ,everyone tries to make your stay special, excellent shuttle service to the airport and surrounding areas , had a nice talk with the driver . Great value and great location . Will definitely stay at the same hotel if we are in the area .

Great access to I-75 and to the Miromar Outlet Mall (fantastic deals). The included breakfast - full breakfast - and evening manager's special are fantastic add-ons. The free shuttle provides fantastic access to all amenities in Coconut Point and Bonita. Room carpets could use a cleaning. Rooms were pleasantly quiet given the fact that windows open […] to the main court in the centre of the hotel (always remember to close the curtains). Good location and easy access. Bright helpful staff. Room was larger than I expected and had all the amenities necessary. My only complaint would be that there was no bottled water available in the room and when I went to the drinks dispenser on the floor it only had soda pop available as all the water was empty.

Everything was good. Although they didn't get the room cleaned on Friday at 3:45pm and I had to get some sleep. The room was never cleaned that day.

We enyoyed our three week stay in November 2012 so much that we have now booked for May 2013,and looking to book for November 2013.Staff were second to none the service they gave was perfect.The hotel is perfectly situated for all the area attractions,and resturants.

Everything was great. But I must say we ordered pizza from room service and it was pretty bad. Stay there but stay away from the pizza.

Wish I could have stayed longer while on business. You always know what you are getting with an Embassy Suites. Stylish, up-to-date decor, soft pillows & comfy bed, soft towels, good shower head with even flow, big flatscreen with lots of channels to choose from, nice furniture, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Love it
