"Basically it's a good hotel"
Hotels.com 住客于 2012年12月05日做过点评I liked this hotel, and always chose to stay here when I was in Basel. The room is big enough, the breakfast is various and delicious. There is a bus station and convenient to arrive many places in the city. The only thing I wanted to complain was the aircondition. When I was there this May, the weather was cold, the room was very cold too. The ac didn't work. I called the front desk, they said they aleady open the ac for me and should be workable. But the room still was very cold. Finally they gave me a warmer, it's helpful but not make me happy as it's a very limited and uncomfortable.

Hotels.com 住客于 2012年12月01日做过点评It is 15 mintues away by tram from city center (central station), and half an hour away by tram and Bus No. 50 to Basel Euroairport. So if you have experience and confidence of timing of local transportion system in Switzerland, it could be a very good location in Basel in review of the good price with breakdfast and in-room WIFI inclusive. The room is clean and size is OK but the washroom is small and it is the only hotel room without bath tub I had stay in Europe. I think the best breadfast servered by 4 star hotel is in Netherlands.

"Proche de mes activités"
Moins bon que l'an dernier : la "carte clé" a du être réinitialisée tous les jours imposant un aller retour chambre réception. Par contre, convoqué à la réception par la police suite à un vol à main armée à l'hôtel, j'ai pu constater que la jeune femme de la réception bien que choquée restait efficace et disponibleHotels.com 真实住客点评

Reservering liep helemaal fout, de kamers met 3 was niet voorzien met 3de bed. 3 kamers geboekt en maar 2 beschikbaar ondanks bevestiging via email en telefoon. Afrekening was ook verkeerd. Dus chaos aan de receptie. Kamers en ontbijt was wel ok. Als tussenstop misschien iets te ver vd autosnelweg. De prijs was ook goed.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

excellent pour un petit séjour à Mulhouse. les chambres sont correctes, le lit aussi. petit-déjeuner buffet avec du choix: pains-fruits-corn flakes, gateaux, yogurts etc.. pour 8 euros parking sécurisé 9 euros la nuit à environ 10' à pied des rues piétonnes, possibilité de prendre le tram , station à 400m de l'hôtel.Hotels.com 真实住客点评
