I did not like to find out at check in that there is a $10.00 a day parking fee. I will never stay there again. I have family that move into the area that we visit 3 to 4 times a year and I will find a new place to stay. There is a lot of motels in the area.. : (

Hotel was very nice and in a great location, right across the street is bus stop for free shuttle into Manitou, and up to the Pikes Peak Cog Railway and Barr Trail to the summit of Pikes Peak. Staff was friendly and informative. Rooms were clean with everything needed, incl microwave and fridge.
