"Worst Hyatt Place"
I stay in a hotel room 6-20 nights per month and the Hyatt Place has been one of my highly selected hotels because of the cleanliness, price and breakfast. This stay was not a good one from the time that I arrived and was told that they had given all of the rooms away. they eventually decided to give me a accessible room that was molded in the shower […] and an inconvenience as it was not what I paid for. A gentleman came in behind me and was given a top floor and the hotel employee even walked around the counter and gave him his key, explained breakfast and asked if he wanted a wake up call. After watching all of this, I was handed a key over the counter and told that the next night I could switch rooms. The next day, I had to move all of my own belongings. "Staff made a bad situation much better"
Fabulous and helpful staff went out of their way to make my bad day better. After being stuck in the airport for hours my flight was cancelled and I was forced to make a last minute reservation until I could catch a flight out. The shuttle was efficient and the driver was incredibly helpful and friendly. She offered to take me somewhere to get a bit […] to eat and offered up several local options.
