overall we had an amazing stay in this hotel. the rooms hotel is very very clean polite employees very very helpful. Breakfast was out of this world, healthy and tasty. Hotels.com says that this hotel is about 5 miles from the Ben Gurion Airport. This is completely untrue. The hotel is in fact an $80 cab ride from the airport and is not convenient at all. An utter waste.

This hotel has horrible customer service. Beware the staff here will lie to you and add charges to your bill without your concent. We were charged for things that we never agreed on. The front end staff yell and are very rude. This is not the kind of service you want when you are travelling from another country. Manager on site was too busy to talk […] to us to try and rectify the problem. She was too busy int he back watching TV. There is no food available after 6pm Friday until after shabat. No restaurants near by either so be prepared to drive to get something to eat. We stayed in a suite and they closed off the kitchen as they wanted more money to open it up. This is not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 4. Our AC did not work well and they did not do too much about it. If you stay in the hotel side it is a 3 star not a 4 as they claim. Fantastic breakfast, huge buffet , good personnel. and very excellent over all. Superior room was very clean, quiet, nice balcony with view. Would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful pool, large size with life guard.

was a good stay. breakfast is superb. I wish the beds (was supposed to be king) will be actually a single king bed rather than 2 doubles put together. But overall - great stay.

Very good hotel, but the localization is not so good, unless you will spend only one night after arriving later (the hotel is more or less near the airport).

Great, modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Staff very nice and accomodating. Very close to Ben Gurion airport. Their gym lookied amazing. No extra charges for WIFI or parking. Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood.

the hotel may fool one from the external pleasant appearance. Problem is when you get greeted by a grumpy old man with no manners and then shown to a room infested with ants. the bathtub didn't drain while showering and the sink over-poured as well. Very nice place...we arrived with family straight from airport in 10 minutes...staff was courteous and pleasant to deal with...concierge was extremely helpful...lobby has nice restaurant...breakfast was excellent...swimming pools were nice, but not completely indoors as advertised...

The new wing is very nice and clean, deserves a five star rating except the rooms are abit small, only two small twin beds fit in. Baths and closets are very nice. מיקום המלון בתוך שכונת מגורים דווקא נוח. המלון עצמו יפה אבל לא מודרני. החדרים מאוד מרווחים, מרפסות יפות מאוד. חדר השינה קטן ביחס לשאר החדרים, המיטה לא כל כך נעימה או נוחה. המקלחת גדולה ומרווחת. המחיר לעומת זאת מאוד גבוהה ולא בטוח ששוה את ההשקעה. יש מלונות יפים יותר ונעימים יותר במקומות טובים יותר באזור במחיר נמוך יותר.

Het hotel was voor ons perfect. Niet ver van de luchthaven van Tel Aviv en voor een langer verblijf veel mogelijkheden om je te vermaken - ook al ligt het niet zo dichtbij het centrum.
