The dude that checked us in was ok at first then when my kids my girlfriend and I got ready for bed the tv wouldn’t work so I told the Indian or Arab dude at the front desk the tv wasn’t working he kept wanting to come in my room so he changed our room to another one then that room wasn’t even clean 😡 he all the way around gave me weird creepy vibes I can say the only good things was it was peaceful and quiet

Older property could use a little TLC. All amenities were functional. Chief disappointment a was having to ask for sufficient linens for room as well as pool. Breakfast was pre-formed egg patties and grayish sausage links, slightly watery coffee.

This hotel should be closed down. The rooms aren’t clean, they moved us two times before we settled for the third one. I had had to kill a hopping bug in the first one. There was dog hair visible in the first room. All three rooms had the smell of lingering cigarette smoke in them and my wife is asthmatic. None of the carpets in the rooms had been vacuumed and I took pictures. There was an oily goo on the chest of drawers. This hotel is an embarrassment!!!!!!

The staff were absolutely lovely & helpful! Everything was clean. It could use some updates. We had a jacuzzi room and there was some tub resurfacing paint or something that was coming off on us. We were able to wipe it down and start over, but not ideal. Seems like it might have been the wrong product for that tub. That said, we’d absolutely stay again, and in that same room. We’d just double check the tub first. We also really liked the view of the lake, which was an unexpected surprise!

Pool was cold, the night staff was wonderful- the morning front desk worker called us twice because our kids were running in our room- at 8 am- but our room us above the office, which they put us in that room- we were only disturbing her, so that was annoying. Also the lobby and hallways smelled very strongly of weed due to some other guest smoking off the balcony.
