What a charming inn, with indoor and outdoor common areas, puzzles, games, and books to enjoy. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Coffee and tea are available all day, as well as snacks. Happy hour is served in the evening. It's fun to meet and chat with other guests. Rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. On-site parking was very convenient. The beach and restaurants were an easy walk.

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Channel Road Inn. The inn is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the location felt like a quiet retreat while still being close to everything. The breakfast was amazing and a true highlight of our stay. The staff were warm and attentive, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a couples getaway.

We have never stayed at B&B before and wanted to try and it was walking distance to our son’s AirBNB. This place is on a super busy street with limited parking and is pretty old and has very limited amenities and staff and only has food or service available from 7:30-9am for small breakfast and drinks and then again from 5-6pm for small Wine and Cheese Happy Hour. No coffee available after 11am was weird and not cool when they have staff and full Kitchen onsite. Some staff and are nice and helpful and some are moody and have attitude. Couldn’t even get extra towels for my wife when she asked. Lots of street noise at night and limited outlets in room in bad locations and shower has weird unadjustable showerheads which are inconvenient.
