Everyone was great! This was a truly fantastic hotel. I have stayed at nearly every marque hotel in Boston, and this one (in particular) stands out as one of the best. Stay here and enjoy! The hotel has a lovely feeling, and the door men are very helpful. We walked everywhere from the wonderful location. I thought the restaurant was excellent though very expensive. Ritz is in a great location and has easy access to the commons and area. Rooms are of Ritz standards. Before checking out, make sure you are not double charged for your room. We wll go back at least twice a year. The Hotel is amazing, and it is very convenient to the shows and some great restaurants. Davio's Restaurant was close by and a wonderful experience. The hotel upgraded our room to an executive suite which was incredible. The staff from the doormen to the cleaning ladies all spoke English and were extremely friendly.
