The good: pleasant staff, checked in on time, comfortable bed & pillows, clean room. The not-so-good: the hot tub was closed indefinitely and the pool heater was broken on check in, the carpets are stained/musty and need to be replaced. Overall: a pleasant stay for off-season rates, very centrally located, and would recommend to those on a budget/travelling with pets & kids

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. It needs some up grading on carpet and AC units. Out AC unit did not work. They had 1 person working for most of the two days we were there and he was always running around trying to keep up with everything.

Making fresh waffles was good, hard boiled eggs were kind of sad. They updated the room since our previous visit -- did a very nice remodel of the bathroom. Not happy about not being told that the hot tub wasn't functional during booking process. If I had known about the hot tub being down I would NOT have booked this stay at this location.

It had been updated, you can tell where it’s lacked. The carpet is disgusting. Our room floor was so dirty, our feet were filthy just walking. It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Wouldn’t stay again. The front staff is very nice however.

The room was great!! The first staff member I dealt with was polite and very helpful the second one I dealt with was not great, the second day our room didn’t get cleaned up, trash emptied, bed made, new towels etc, the rugs did smell like animals but it is a pet friendly hotel which we love, the room did not smell and was very clean and nice which we were happy about. There was a bit of shady biz going on in the parking lot but not much you can do about that just a heads up if you have little ones there keep them close while outside. Honestly for the price we will probs be back, the room really was very nice!!

I feel terrible writing this, but please don’t be deceived by the pictures, and even upon entering the lobby in person. I have never left a hotel without staying before, but we were so skeeved out that we just could not fathom staying. The room smelled awful, like stale cigarettes and I’m not even sure what else. There was no soap in the bathroom. The sheets did seem clean and we checked for bugs, but overall, it was cold and damp and the smell was too much. The front desk person was kind and said he might have been able to get us another room, but the conditions plus reading other reviews (which I should have done in advance) just made my gut say, LEAVE.

Got a room online king bed was told when I got there none available. Looked on their website and they had 4 king bed rooms. Haven't been able to get my money back yet. Staff did not even know how to get into the computer system.

Overall the place looks better since work was done remolding.. The carpet throughout motel is horrible dirty. It's been like that for few years. Please clean or replace it. And finally the morning breakfast needs some help. Out of products , poor utensils. You can't even eat with what you're using now. Overall...it's getting better then before.
