Well the representation on Hotels.com was terrible. the place is on its last leg. Way over priced for what it was. NO POOL, no staff after 10pm or before 930am, no continental breakfast. This place was a disaster, people camping in vans in parking lot. Should have gone done the road but was too tired and was only staying one night. Decided to just deal with it.

Very poorly maintained hotel. They had mold and a pipe break during our stay. The do not clean rooms unless your stay is over 2 weeks. No free towels after the first day they want to charge for them . Their elevator broke also and the room we stayed in gave my wife and I headaches a mold like smell.

The property was poorly maintained . It’s smelled like mold gave my wife and I a headache . They had a pipe break while we stayed there and had mold remediation fans going . I don’t think they meet the county code for safe conditions . There elevator was not working part of the time. They do not exchange free towels for 1 weeks stays . They do not have room service unless you stay 2 weeks . Don’t book hotel it’s a disaster zone .

I would recommend this property for a stay in Destin. The rooms were nice and equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and stoves. The staff was very helpful and greeted us when we walked through the door.

The room needed to be updated. The flooring in the bathroom was loose. The hairdryer caught fire in my hand. Glad I didn’t have it pointed to my head as it acted like a blowtorch. Didn’t expect coffee in the room but it wasn’t in the lobby either. The only door that worked with key cards was the front door. The desk was not staffed at night and no one was there until 9:00 to check you out. The carpeting in the hallway was stained and dirty. The elevator has trash in it. The bed was clean and comfortable though. I was very disappointed as we had stayed in an Extended Stay earlier in our trip and it was nice - this one not so much.

The location of the hotel was great. It’s in the middle of the beautiful beaches and the boardwalk. It’s also very close to restaurants, fast food places and grocery stores. The only thing is that the hotel is outdated. The rooms are spacious but not great. It’s good for a quick stay but not longer than 3 nights.
