Loved the Lazy River. Liked that it was undercover no worry about sunburn. Beautiful view from our balcony of the beach and ocean. We saw a wedding in progress. Could not get into our suite. The combination we were given did not work. We called a cell number and was given another combination that did work. This hapoen 3 times during our week stay. Most definitely did not like being locked out of our suite.

Check-in is horrible because of it being third-party had to fight on the phone for over an hour and a half to get the information for the hotel to get me the room. When I get to the room closet door was off extra carpet in the closet. Bathroom was a mess, hair in the bathtub on the door on the wall, urine and feces on the wall and the less goes on called every two hours for two days before housekeeping came and cleaned after housekeeping cleaned they still did not get half of the mess up had to call back multiple times for them to come back out and to clean the bathroom was told by management that they was probably not going to show up because I will still try and get 11 o’clock at night so I could take a shower so I ended up having to clean the shower for me and my family to take showers was told I was going to get some kind of something back for having to wash and clean my own shower two weeks later I am still waiting and they told me it was only going to be 40 bucks after everything that I went through for a two night stay was on the phone 90% of it with multiple different management and that’s all they could give me back very bad service. Very bad management even had representative on the phone hang up on us when we would even ask for management lack of training seems like they do not care about the people because they already have their money.

Check-in is horrible. It is through a third-party took over an hour and a half to get the information just to give to the hotel to check in get to the room was a mess closet door laying there floors dirty closet had extra carpet so you was not able to use it in bathroom was full of people’s hair bathtub had cracks in it. Urine and feces on the wall took two days for housekeeping to come to clean called every two hours from the day we checked in talk to multiple people and management they tried to get housekeeping the first day told us that they was coming. No one ever showed up 11 o’clock at night. They said it would be the next day. Told us if we cleaned the bathtub they would give us some kind of compensation so we ended up cleaning the bathroom housekeeping showed up the next day only to sweep the floor not to take care of the rest of the problems. Had to call multiple times to get them back out when they showed up their reply. was they forgot about the other stuff called management repeatedly two weeks later we are still waiting on the compensation that we was promised, they do not care about their people once they got your money all you get in return is empty promises no assistance customer service and managers. Lie even had customer service hang up on you when you asked to speak to a manager instead of trying to let them fix something that has been going on for days.
