Check-in is horrible because of it being third-party had to fight on the phone for over an hour and a half to get the information for the hotel to get me the room. When I get to the room closet door was off extra carpet in the closet. Bathroom was a mess, hair in the bathtub on the door on the wall, urine and feces on the wall and the less goes on called every two hours for two days before housekeeping came and cleaned after housekeeping cleaned they still did not get half of the mess up had to call back multiple times for them to come back out and to clean the bathroom was told by management that they was probably not going to show up because I will still try and get 11 o’clock at night so I could take a shower so I ended up having to clean the shower for me and my family to take showers was told I was going to get some kind of something back for having to wash and clean my own shower two weeks later I am still waiting and they told me it was only going to be 40 bucks after everything that I went through for a two night stay was on the phone 90% of it with multiple different management and that’s all they could give me back very bad service. Very bad management even had representative on the phone hang up on us when we would even ask for management lack of training seems like they do not care about the people because they already have their money.
