"pleasurable vacations"
the hotel provides the amenities needed for a short vacation. the staff was courteous and the area was safe. the many businesses in the area made the stay practical as well. i would definitively stay there againHotels.com 真实住客点评

"Great Staff, clean and great price!"
The staff was wonderful. The air conditioner did have a moldy smell and due to the heat it had to run on and off all day and night. Changing the air conditioner filter/pad may eliminate this odor. I can tell the hotel had been renovated lately. I would hope that a complete renovation would also include the bathroom sinks and toilets in the future.Expedia 真实住客点评

We do sincerely apologize that you felt our breakfast was not as plentiful as some. It is a simple breakfast (two cereals, oatmeal, hot waffles, Simply Super cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, coffee, tea and juice) which aims to jump start your day but unfortunately may not please every ones appetites. "Fits the bill"
Washington is a small town with very few motels. I enjoyed my stay. The room was tight but comfortable. The staff are accomodating and keep the place very clean.. Several work crews stay there and start rustling around pretty early. Wished there was more competition so prices would drop a bit.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

The beds were very hard. I think the mirror and back of the bathroom door could have certainly been cleaner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. If you are hungry there's are lots of places to eat close by.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

We have replaced all of our mattresses with the Simmons Sutherland Plush mattresses, except the smoking section so I am thinking that you had a smoking room. We plan on replacing all of the smoking mattresses this fall and hope you will return and try them out on your next trip to our area. Rest assured that we will address the mirror and door with our housekeeping staff. We thank you for bringing this to our attention and will take care of it immediately. Again our sincere apologies, thank you for your comments, and we do hope you will come back and try out our new bedding. Till then, enjoy all of your vacations!

"A very comfortable stay. Great breakfast."

We really enjoyed our stay a the Super 8 in Washington, MO. It was just minutes from the Augusta MO wineries and very close to lots of shopping and places to eat. We will definitely stay there again. Overall our stay was short but sweet.Hotels.com 真实住客点评

You might want to try the wineries in Hermann MO (27 miles west of us) the next time you are in the area as it has some wonderful wineries also. "Nice place to stay"
The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. They made great recommendations, directions, and advice on gas prices. But I do think the beds could be better and breakfast could be more diverse. Only cereal, toast, rolls, and biscuits and gravy were served. "Rude service"
We arrived early and were told that there were no rooms clean to check in. We came back very late at night to check in and the secretary then was very chipper and polite. However when we woke up in the morning and were preparing to check out, it was literally 11am on the dot and the phone rang, the receptionist was very rude she didn't even say hello […] she just said "should I mark you for staing another night?' we told her we were getting ready to walk out the door. This was rude and ridiculous! The lady that night had said that if we were a few minutes late no big deal but this lady clearly had an issue. "Basic, trying, but lacking real quality."
Rooms are clean, if threadbare, full of old tech and screeching plumbing. Don't plan on the Free Breakfast doing much for you other than driving you to one of the surrounding restaurants.Expedia 真实住客点评
