The room wS very. Lean and the young woman who checked me in and out was very kind and thoughtful. I was late to breakfast and she offered me some anyway. My room was very nice. I heard the people above me walking around and showering this morning. Otherwise, I slept well.

I paid for the business suite since I was there on business. We checked in, got the room key, walked in to a regular king room NOT the business suite. I went back up to the desk and asked about the room and was told that the business suites were not available. Did I mention I had already paid for the business suite? The gentleman was very apologetic and said he would reach out to the manager and was told to deal with hotels.com. I reached out them and they tried to contact the hotel manager and he refused to give me back the difference between the 2 rooms. So I ended up paying for a business suite and only got a king room. It was like a $40 difference. The phone in the room did not even work when the front desk tried to call us.
