Was there to meet with friends for a Celebration of Life and the staff there was very friendly. Check in was easy and the hotel is centrally located to restaurants and stores. After our friend's service I asked if we could continue catching up with friends in the Lobby and the guy working that night was very nice. He even helped us out by taking a group picture. Made our whole stay very special. I recommend your facility to anyone staying in Kerrville!

Hotel was very clean and very well kept, for a simple hotel to rest for the night, it exceeded our expectations. Place was serene and offered a fridge, microwave and a very roomy suite for our family of 4z. Beds were clean fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was continental but yet offered different drink options besides coffee to start the day and continue with our travel. Ladies upfront and cleaning crews were very polite and friendly. Wouldn’t doubt to stay here again.

Room was clean and comfy. Great location to visit multiple quaint cities in the Hill Country. We were in the room basically only to sleep and shower. King bed was comfy, we could have used more than just 2 pillows, especially when we saw adjoining queens had 3 pillows per bed!! Breakfast was limited but fit the need. Texas waffle iron was great. Parking was ok and safe. Stairways are in need of update

The walls at this hotel are quite thin and I could hear the person in the next room snoring. The room was minimalist, older but clean. Breakfast was fresh and had a decent variety. The parking is a little tight to be near my room. It is convenient and easy to find immediately off the Highway. The front desk staff were stiff and not very sociable and not engaging to provide information. The grounds look adequately maintained
