I booked a suite I was given regular room without being notified, talked to the customer service representative they said they were fully booked asked to get partial refund for the difference they refused to do so, next morning as we were getting ready to leave we saw bed bugs! Bedsheets weren’t clean! I had to talk to the hotel manager Patel he was so rude he kept yelling saying it’s not his concern to make it to the hotel as it was Sunday! Breakfast was terrible they didn’t even have eggs!

The air/heat unit smelled and was loud. There was no real breakfast to speak of. Not helpful at all. Room was dirty and linens were not fresh. They had an entire construction crew staying there and all you could smell was cigarettes and Marijuana. Constant door slamming and people yelling at night. You could see the hallway through the gap around our room door. Looked like someone put a deep dent in the refrigerator with an ax. To say it wasn't worth the cost to stay there. Staying in our vehicle would have been better.

First, reservation was non-existent to front desk person, even with confirmation number and emails. He was able to get us a room, as a “walk-in”, that he said would’ve cost 160$ but he discounted to 84$. My account was charged 136$. AC was mediocre at best. No cold water in bathroom. Mirror was dirty(in itself not a big deal but makes you wonder about rest of room) .Spoke with manager this morning who said he’ll reverse extra charge for room that we had to pay for last night. We’ll see if that actually happens without more hassle.

Rooms, lobby, hallways were dirty. Mats at door were dirt covered as was the hallway carpet. Room was poor with tiles missing, phone (as an example) was dirty and old, and dirty windows. We were in room 123 which was next to the mechanical room. It was very noisy so good sleeping was not possible. I tried to call the front desk upon leaving, as a courtesy, but no one answered the phone. Never again. This hotel is very poorly maintained and managed. Not at all what I seen in the reviews.

Initially I was given a room that was "available" because I was early and asked about an early check in. And was thrilled to find they were going to give me a suite at no extra charge. I entered my room and proceeded to the refrigerator and freezer to put things away. Upon opening the door I was met with a pungent odor and the unit was warm. Figuring it could have been off awhile I left my items in my cooler bag, and proceeded to get ready and leave for a wedding rehearsal and set up. Upon arriving late evening I noticed there was no difference in the refrigerator. Too tired to deal with it i went to bed and addressed the problem with the front desk clerk in the morning. She had no record of me even being there or anyone in that room! My reservation showed canceled in the system. However upon digging further She found the actual paper showing my check in. I was given a different room. I moved my items to the new room. The appliance worked however there was a hole in the bathroom door, empty soap packaging on the bathroom counter and the frame under the bed seemed a bit small for the mattress. I had to move to the center of the bed to reduce the odds of just rolling off. Then upon checking out I was told there was an additional balance due of over $100. No notation, or explanation for the charges. I furnished the receipt for the reservation. 2 nights, 1 adult, paid in full in advance of my arrival. The desk clerk said she will address with her manager. But allowed me to depart

This place smelled so bad. The front lobby smelled like skunk and the hallways and room smelled like stale cigarette smoke…even the bath towels and sheets!! The hotel seemed really run down.
