Room had dog pee all over the floor and was overall just nasty. The bed was at least clean. Bathroom sink and tub both had clogged drains really bad so I had to bathe in water half way up my shins. Woke up at 5am to a woman screaming hysterically in the hallway and beating on the door of the unit across from me. That continued for about 30 minutes with her running up and down the hall and screaming in front of my door and then slamming the exit door over and over. The cops finally arrived by 6am and had to listen to them beating on the door across the hall/pulling people out and interrogating them in the hallway. I tried calling the front desk twice before the cops arrived and nobody answered the phone. After I felt safe enough to leave my room I decided to go ahead and check out about 8am just to get out of there and when I asked the guy at the front desk if i was going to be compensated for my terrible experience he laughed at me and said no. He told me there is no ensured quiet time with the purchase of your stay and to take it up with corporate if I wasn’t happy. 0/10 recommend

Bathroom was VERY dirty on check in. The next day they did a deep clean of the entire room and it was good after that. Breakfast did not have any fruit or yogurt. Just waffles, toast, or cereal. Staff was friendly.

Solo Trip

The stay was nice and very clean but the beds aren't very comfortable but for a 2 night stay i managed staff is very friendly especially the dayshift absolutely amazing! Would stay again just as i know the room was very clean and the location is amazing!
