This is an ex-Knights Inn that has been operated as the independent "Sunrise Inn" for a few years that apparently just switched to Wyndham Travelodge branding. I booked thinking it was a Travelodge, but it wasn't. Paid about $15 extra for the night over the similar "Sunrise Inn" listing on the app. When brought to the attention of Hotels.com, they did not do anything about this bait-and-switch booking.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by Hotels.com regarding this booking.
At the time of this review, Hotels.com is showing the Travelodge listing for $59/night and Sunrise Inn -- the exact same property -- for $48/night. It is the same property!!!
Non-functioning smoke detectors, exposed plumbing, toilet seat attached by ropes, peeling wallpaper, etc. I supplied pictures to both Hotels.com and Wyndham about this property.
At least when I brought the issue up with Wyndham, they offered me sufficient reward points as well as forwarded my complaint to their Field Operations staff for immediate review and follow up with the property.
