"Good grief -- I had to ask 3x to get a quiet room."
I was given the 1st room, on the main floor, next to the lobby. Concerned about noise, I asked for a different room. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor, next to the elevator and vending / ice machines. I then asked for a room further away from the elevator and vending machines and finally got a room that meet my requirement for quiet. I like the hotel. It is a new building and the rooms are more spacious and better decorated than other Fairmont Inns, I have stayed in before. They threw a copy of the USA Today under my door in the morning and I appreciated the gesture. I enjoyed the free internet and the complimentary breakfast. The negatives were the lack of available electrical […] outlets. I had to unplug my mobile to plug the Iron and there was no outlet available next to the bed to plug my mobile at night. "This Hotel easy to find in a convienient area"
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Had some trouble with my TV the first night and they moved me to a nice little Suite for the rest of my stay. Found it very close to the large shopping strip. Went right down Division Street and all the Shopping you could want was there. The area was quiet and had a nice little pond out the one side.
