Renaissance Boulder FlatIron Hotel - 布鲁姆菲尔德

It was a very busy weekend, due to the number of people in town for the University of Colorado Boulder's graduation. The hotel was full. The lobby is very nice, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good on the weekdays. The only negatives were the SLOW elevator in the mornings, and we weren't able to take the stairs because they didn't […] unlock the lobby stairwell. Also the brunch on Sunday (Mothers Day) was very expensive, and the regular breakfast buffet was very depleted and picked over. This was a terrific hotel. I'd rate it a 5 if the towels were not rough like sandpaper. Also odd was a wall mural next to the toilet featuring folks faces looking at you...what we all want right? Other than these two small things--- this place is top notch. We loved our stay.

When I come to visit the Denver area, I tend to try to stay in different areas and this is one area is one of the top for me. The hotel is nice, modern and upscale in which is must for me. There were a few BIG quality issues, for my check in the clerk did not explain the locations of the amenities and did not give me the meal tickets that I purchased […] beforehand. When examining my bedding for cleanliness and freshness, I discovered that my bedding was not fresh as a result I requested fresh bedding-my daughter's bedding was fine and also it was some slimmy gross stuff on the wall in which I just cleaned as I always do myself. Our stay at Renaissance Boulder Flatiron was superb in every way possible. The staff was courteous and attended to our needs. We requested an additional robe and it was sent to us immediately. The hotel itself was nice and and location was good, however the room was just not 4-star at all. It was not clean thoroughly and the bedding was white, but very worn around edges... looked dingy. No valet upon arrival and water pressure was very low. I usually stay 4-5 star and this was a 3-star at best!

Everything was right about this place. Rooms, staff, service, a great happy hour and cracking views. The only downsides? The middle of a shopping mall is not the most romantic place to stay and as you are out of Boulder you need a car to get around.

We have stayed at this hotel probably over 30 times. It has recently undergone a renovation and while it is fresh & new I hope the interior designers were fired. What we liked about the decor previously was its warm, more rustic Colorado feel. Whoever did the renovation made the room interiors way to modern and frankly cheap looking. They used a bizarre […] corn and wheat motif on the wall decals that is so out of place for a Colorado hotel near the Flatirons. I know it is likely because the hotel was built on a former cornfield but vistors to the hotel would never know that. There is also this bizarre wood in the lobby that has some significance only to the decorator. We are extremely disappointed witht the remodel and will only stay here again if we find a cheap rate. This place was beautiful. All the restaurants and shopping centers near by just made it better. The only thing that I have an issue with is the price of meals in the hotel. We we down the road to the egg and I and had an amazing breakfast for th price of one I hotel breakfast item.

The hotel in next to a shopping mall. It is actually near to the international airport in Denver 35-45 mins on the freeway, less if you go on the toll road.The room was spacious and we had views of the mountains which was lovely. I frequented this hotel several times before realizing that I could save at least $100 a night by going to another hotel that is literally across the street(36) from this Hotel. The Renaissance was an excellent hotel especially for the price. The room was huge with a nice flat screen tv and good bathroom with separate sink/vanity area from shower area. Very quiet rooms. Upscale neighborhood. From the name, we thought it was closer to Boulder but 10 minutes away so not bad.Would definitely stay again if in the area.
