Staff was friendly we had no running hot water for the duration of our stay which we drove 3 1/2 hours for a baseball tournament 3 days. Others that had been staying there said it had almost been a week with no running water. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool like we hoped due to them trying to fix or replace the water heaters. The hotel did have good air conditioning room was very cold and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Before I begin, I’d like to say the hotel staff was AMAZING. They were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to assist us during our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself did not match the level of service. The property is in serious need of a remodel—or at the very least, a fresh coat of paint. There were paint chips everywhere, which made the space feel poorly maintained. Our room was extremely humid, and the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. Cleanliness was also a concern. The floors clearly had not been vacuumed—we found Chex Mix and other food items on the floor, and overall, the floors were quite dirty. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, which we appreciated. However, the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, with a thin mattress that made it difficult to sleep. Due to the overall condition of the hotel, we will not be staying here again.

The beds -pillows was super nice ! The room was nice and clean . Plenty of towels . The breakfast was Super Nice ! Alot of different choices . The staff was super nice and Very Friendly especially the older Lady that was working Sunday Morning very Sweet ! When in Brenham I will stay there .
