This "hotel" is so bad it should be charging by the hour! Trash everywhere, door handles broken, location in a back alley. Only positive the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. I give this place 1 star.

The neighborhood was quiet. The outside of the hotel is very plain and unadorned. The room was comfortable even though it looks older than most hotels in the area. Our kids enjoyed the pool and courtyard is clean and maintaned.

The Staff was very nice & Helpful, although they did try to enter the room unanounced. The grounds need upkeep and the Shower control was backwards.C was hot and H was cold. Also the shower was very slippery and the carpet was torn in a few places.

Hotel was super clean and the cost was excellent. Beds are comfy, clean and fitted sheets. Outside is a tad run down but it appears they are working on it.

I was extremely worried when we pulled up. The location was not great....however if I was in town for bar hopping I would only need to walk across the parking lot and find 4 right there. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Very clean, close to the highway, staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice little breakfast and eating area. Pet friendly. Very nice hotel.

As we approached the motel, I was very uneasy! The neighborhood is in need of good maintenance. The exterior of the motel is still ungoing a much needed face lift!! For the price there is no hotel that can compete with this one. My girlfriend and I got the suite for 2 nights while going to zion during the days. The suite made our jaws drop. It has 2 small fridges, wet bar, balcony, and is spacious. They had a small breakfast also with a waffle maker, juice, hard boiled eggs, and cereal, and a couple sweets. The […] only bad thing was their wifi was not working for more than 2 hours while we were there and they said they were having problems, but it seems that it was not a common thing. The bed was hard ( i have a bad back) but overall my stay was good. I was impressed with how large the room was. The carpets could use a steam cleaning but everything was clean and the a/c was on so I didn't have to walk into an oven. Also, the pool was very refreshing and clean.

The hotel was just Ok. We had not anticipated how hot it was going to be and the a/c in the room was not even cooling the room enough. The outside temperature was 117 ... Not only was it difficult to stay outside but inside too.

Great! Convienently located to local taverns, restaurants and entertainment. Pool is large with very little shade to relax in. I stay here whenever I`m in town for business or pleasure.

Cheap overnight stay in Lake Havasu. Pool conveniently located in middle of U shape 2-story layout. Office management friendly, had issue with TV part way through the evening, resolved by management w/in 20mins. should have listened to the reviews already written. The place smelled. It was dirty. Bugs on floor corners. Food particles on table. It couldn't have been wiped off!

The only high point of my stay at the hotel was leaving. The sheets were beige, I am assuming that they were white at one time. The shower soap was the type of free samples that you get in the Sunday paper. The worst part was that the room had two doors, one in front and one in the back, neither would latch without slamming them. Most Havasu hotels are run down because of the amount of traffic they see but this one wasn't. Definitely worth the money and it was within walking distance to everything.

I won't stay here again. Granted, I picked a holiday weekend but it was still kind of scary. My family just needed a quick place to stay during a short stop at Lake Havasu while on our way to Vegas. When arriving at the hotel we couldn't even find it. It was extremely hidden behind a gated dirt field and the sign says a different hotel name.When checking in it seemed the hotel clerk was on a little bit of a power trip demanding i write down everyone's name that was going to be staying in the room. He then gave us our keys but didn't bother to even […] tell us where our rooms were. Initially I didn't think they were that bad until that night when laying on our beds. They were very very uncomfortable with only one thin blaket and one thin comforter. The bed also only had one flat pillow for each side. The bathroom shower curtain was horrible. It stuck to you in the shower and didn't keep any of the water in the shower. The floor literally had at least one inch of water all the way across. When we went to ask for more towels to sop up the floor they would only give us one. I will not be staying there again and I don't recommend anyone else to either. 阅读更多信息
