The pool was poured of order as was the hot tub. Never was made aware of that. One of the reasons we chose it was the indoor pool and hot tub. The one bed was damp, and the sheets stained and had dirt on, and comforter wet. Very disappointed.

I don't leave reviews, and have a very low bar for acceptable hotel rooms to save a buck... But this was disgusting, poorly maintained, broken doors, locks, ice machine, random bare boards screwed into the walls holding crap together, sinks wouldn't drain, and the pool was closed (with kids that was the only filter I put on.) we had to switch hotels and didn't dare even leave our stuff in the room. Save yourself the hassle of moving hotels

The room was ok, found a death fly on the window sill, toilet couldn't flush a single piece of TP, it took for me to use the ice bucket to help it to work. Staff allowed someone to cut in line, as I was next and he help someone who came from the side making me and 2 other guest wait. Breakfast, well I ate on Saturday only to come down with food poisoning and yes I know it was the food because I had someone else with me and we both ate the same food except she didn't have breakfast. Parking was ample

Spend the extra few dollars to stay at one of the other hotels nearby. Pulling up, the exterior landscaping or lack thereof gives off abandoned / shut down property vibes. Shower curtain extremely stained. Bed covers stained. AC did not work. Ice machine did not work.

Immediately upon stepping into our room there was a dirty rag that was used by the housekeepers on the floor behind the door. When we went to breakfast there was 2 bus loads of tourists there and the food was gone, we went back to our room and waited for the buses to clear out, at which point we asked for waffle batter and we were told that "the waffle me wouldn't be here until later in the afternoon." all it required was for her to mix some more batter but she was to exhausted to do anything. there was no fruit left, no yogurt, no waffles, no muffins. So we went out to breakfast at a local restraunt. Also when I requested ice, they do not have an ice machine. I will not be staying at the Clarion in Idaho Falls again.

Only nice thing was the front desk guy at check in otherwise our sheets were dirty and stained, bathroom towels were dirty and the pool was gross with the amount of stuff floating in it. Most frustrating part was we stayed multiple days asked for more towels and was told we had to wait for housekeeping to come around to Bring us some. After four hours I went down to find some and the house cleaning lady in the hall with the stack of clean towels was rude when I asked. They never came by to drop them off. Never been to a hotel who refuses to give clean towels.
