Our family had a wonderful stay at Big Pines! The room was clean, no complaints for the affordable price. There is also free parking. Shout out to the front desk, Puna, shes very welcoming and helpful. She gave us vouchers to enter the private beach. The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Would stay here again!!

Our first room wasn't even cleaned yet. The staff set us up with a different room, which was a little better. The floors were a bit sticky in places, but the sheets were clean and shower was decent. For a single night stay, it served its purpose. The two lights just outside the room were so bright, we kept thinking it was daylight, until I unscrewed the bulbs, just to get a little darkness in the room. There were no black-out shades. The staff were really nice, and you could tell they wanted to please the customer.
