"Convenient for North Dallas"

"A long way to your room...."
Overall, a great stay. We spent one night there on our way to visit relatives. The hotel is off a toll road and is surrounded by other large hotels. The size of the room (two queen beds and a fold out sofa) and the price was the main reason we chose this hotel. Free breakfast and free WiFi helped. The only down point was that we had to hike a LONG way […] to our room....down a long hallway toward the back of the hotel, then up an elevator, then down another LONG hallway to our room. That's no overstatement! Homewood Suites was spotlessly clean and well kept, the staff were all lovely and polite, the breakfast food was lovely and a big variety, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the location was perfect for us - not too far from shops, very near the highway, and yet still very quiet at night! "Great hotel"
We selected this hotel because it had a separate bedroom, so we could have our young children in the living room while we were in the bedroom and not disturb them. This option was much cheaper then getting two rooms at another similar quality hotel. However, the pictures online made the rooms look larger than they actually were. There is a full kitchen […] with a dinning room table, but it is very cramped. There is a fold-out sofa bed, but barely room for it. There is an office desk - again not enough room for it. There is a single bath in the bedroom. They offer a complimentary hot breakfast every morning, which was decent, but they could use a second waffle iron. The line to use it was usually too long to be worth it. The thing that struck me as very strange about this hotel was the location of the elevator. We stayed at this location for 4 nights. Great Hotel, well deserving of their many recent awards. Great king suite with kitchenette. Excellent service staff. "Ruined my stay"
Excellent hotel. Very new, upscale, comfortable, nice and classy. But, I stayed there with my wife and son on the night of Dec 23. We went down for the breakfast buffet on Christmas Eve morning at 9:30am only to find out that then that breakfast buffet closing at 9:30am, not a minute later. The employees there really didnt care that we were just getting […] there to eat and proceeded to quickly take away all of the food. This ruined our stay. I have spoken to my team about ensuring we are clearly communicating breakfast and dinner hours to all of our guests. I understand that an alternative breakfast at Denny's was not your preference, and I apologize for this inconvenience. Should there be anything we can do to make future stays more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask.

"'Will definitely use this hotel again! - Forsyth GA'"
Fantastic hotel. Staff was great. Room was impressive - a suite with a seperate bedroom, roomy family area, and kitchen area as well. Breakfast was very good - well beyond the typical complimentary breakfast in other hotels. Clean, well kept, even the hallway areas smelled nicely and were tastefully decorated. "Very Convienent and Easy to Find in Plano Area"
Located in an industrial section near Plano, fronts the Bush Turnpike, this suite hotel is perfect for those who need a very clean, safe and inexpensive place to stay in the far northeast section of the Dallas area. The interior (room, hallway, lobby, restaurant/bar area) is very clean, well maintained and very tastfully decorated. The surface parking […] area is well lit and convenient to various entrances, which are secured by card key. "Good place for a budget stay"
This place is close to a lot of business's which makes a good stay esp when you are on a tight budget. The hotel provides shuttle service within 5-8 miles which makes it perfect. The rooms are nice and comfortable and they provide free breakfast and dinner (which includes wine and beer).
