BEST WESTERN PLUS RIVERSHORE - 俄勒冈城

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Rivershore. All of the rooms face the river and have balconies for enjoying the view. Ordering breakfast from the menu was an unexpected and pleasant treat. We will plan to stay at this hotel in the future when visiting family in the Portland area.

I was pleased overall except for the front desk staff telling me that the pet rate was per dog and not a standard per day for pets as I interpreted from the hotel's official website. The front desk staff did waive the extra dog so that was very reasonable.

Very friendly and helpful staff in both the hotel and restaurant. Room was clean and quiet with a nice view of the river. Food in the restaurant was good but not great and a little pricey. For the money the room was a good deal--and again the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The room was comfortable and very clean (and did not have any lingering odors, always a plus). The view of the river was lovely. The hotel was quieter than I expected. The location was convenient with easy access to the freeway, and to downtown Oregon City, and to food and some shopping. The only disappointment was the lack of an indoor pool. I assumed […] (incorrectly) when I saw "pool" as one of the amenities that, this being the rainy Pacific Northwest, the pool would not be outdoors, but it was. We've stayed there a few times now and we have always been treated very well, The rooms are clean and I happen to like being next to the river you can go out on the terrace and watch the sun go down from your room. Just an enjoyable place to stay. Convienent. Will book there when we are in the area..

We drove in tired after a long drive and the front desk staff was helpful, very kind and upgraded us. We ate at the attached restaurant and the food was good, again the service was kind and attentive. Our view of the river was excellent at the restaurant and in our room; we will go back again...if only to see the staff!

the resturant and bar food was very good. we used the hot tub which was very clean. but the pool was not up and running yet. i was there at the end of may. very nice hotel. right on the river. i will go back there.

It was pleasant. We were there for a graduation. It is about right in the middle of everywhere we were going. It is close to a freeway but didn't find it at all distracting. It was very clean and comfortable. Awesome showers.. Convienient to shopping and restraunts. All in all great stay.

Staff very helpful. Room was clean and much better than expected. Gave an upgrade willingly. Served our needs perfectly. We will make another reservation for June.

Remarkably quiet for being so close to highways. Location next to riverside was a big plus. "Breakfast included" was a bit of an overstatement, but OK. Far from Portland center, but Oregon City was where we wanted to be.

It was very convient for me to accomplish the things I wanted to do. The Hotel was pleasantly 'more' than I expected, specificly the Lounge and Dining Room were both Superb as were all the employees. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Bob C.

This was our 2nd visit here. It is very convenient and nice. The restaurant is very good. the beds are not the greatest and the TV from the room next to us was to loud. But with that said I would stay there again.

This property offers "one stop shopping" . Everything you could want is right there at your fingertips. Even the rooms with private balconies and the view of the river are awesome. The staff will do anything to please you and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you!
