The location was perfect and the room was great! The kids enjoyed the pool as the water was warm instead of some places where it is freezing cold. They offer a complimentary breakfast and dinner. The stay was great! Food was awesome! Only complaint was my kids having to see an inappropriate calendar every trip to eat or swim located in the kitchen. And room service did not always fully clean or resupply .

The hotel was fine for the most part but not great. In particular they still have wired internet rather than wireless. Not a huge deal, but inconvienent. They broke down breakfast about 15 minutes early one day as well. There were just little things that I wasn't crazy about, otherwise it was satisfactory.

Everything was fine except that something was sprayed in the room and my nose and eyes watered for two days. It would be much better to open the windows in order to air out the room instead of spraying it with chemicals.

The hotel itself was nice. I really liked the option of having a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite, with a full kitchenette. It was like having our own apartment. Check-in was a breeze, the hotel is very nice inside, the breakfasts were pretty good except the French toast. Extending my stay was a hassle, the staff with the exception of the GM was fantastic! GM was rude. Maria who did the breakfast was awesome.

I booked this hotel for an AF Academy graduation because there was nothing closer. It was ofcourse further away than I wanted but I knew that - but it wasn't that far away. With the multiple ways to get to the Academy it only took us 20 minutes so it was fine.

In general I like the Homewood Suites with the free dinner, nice rooms etc. I booked this trip to be near the airport because I had a 6:15A flight the next morning, and I paid 50% more than some other nearby hotels. I was disappointed in the following: 1. Shuttle was broken. Had to pay a cab $8 to go the 2 miles to the airport terminal. 2. Even when […] not broken, the shuttle service does not start until 7:00A, so that would not have helped anyhow. 3. No ice machines in hotel, since there is a fridge in every room. But guess what? You have to start the icemaker in your fridge, and then wait. As if I am going to wait for ice to form to drink a coke. The front desk got ice from the kitchen for me. 4. I had reserved a room with a single queen, but at the last minute my 16 year old son joined my business trip. I asked to be switched to a room with 2 beds, and you would have thought I was asking for a million dollars. They wanted me to contact Hotels.com and re-book. As if I felt like doing that at 9:00P while dead tired. I spoke to the manager, and only after finding out that I am a Hilton Rewards member, they moved us to a room with a single King. 5. No restaurants within walking distance. So, if you don't need a shuttle, don't need local food, don't need a room change, and don't need instant ice, it is a great place. 阅读更多信息

never heard an airplane the whole time. great pool temperature, great hot breakfast. Uncrowded on the weekend when we were there. 10 minute drive to the Broadmoor.

Accomodations were great. All of the employees we had contact with personable. The contintenal breakfast were satisfying and the dinners during the week were unexpected. They were a nice suprise. The mountain view was beautiful.

The suite was laid out great considering the number of people we had. Each room had its own control for the air conditioning which was convenient. The beds and pillows were AWESOME!

staff checked a family member's incoming flight info and called the room to let me know of changes; then arranged for the shuttle driver to go to the airport at the required time for passenger pick-up, ignoring the scheduled airport service time. Everyone was fabulous in this effort. The hotel is very nice as well!
